I had a great stay at Sarah’s place in Panama City Beach! The unit was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was super easy with a keyless entry system. Sarah was a fantastic host—always friendly, quick to respond, and very communicative throughout the trip. The location was perfect for my vacation. We were just a 1-minute drive from the beach and close to plenty of activities, restaurants, and shops. The unit had everything we needed. It really felt like a home away from home. Another big plus: since the rental is part of a home in a residential neighborhood, it was very quiet and peaceful—no loud noises or crowds, which made it extra relaxing. The neighborhood itself felt safe and friendly. While walking my dog, I met several neighbors out walking, biking, and jogging. One of Sarah’s neighbors even offered me some freshly cooked flounder he had caught that day! I highly recommend this spot!

Amy’s place was wonderful! We are a family of 5 with three little ones (2,4,6). This was our first stop along our road trip and our first ever beach trip. We can’t wait to do it again that’s how amazing it was! Amy’s place truly is a short walk to the beach, and it was not crowded at all! She had all the beach things for us to borrow so we didn’t have to worry about packing that. She puts so much thought and care into her place and making sure you are at home when you walk in! From buckets for the kids, to a 3rd little bed made, a spotless house, it truly was perfect! Stay at Amy’s place, you won’t regret it!

On arrival the home was clean and just as pictured. We definitely enjoyed and the Guest book with clear recommendations was awesome. Thanks for the prompt response and we would definitely recommend and/or stay again.

We had such an amazing stay! The location is literally a 3 min walk to the beach, the inside space is clean and has everything you need, and the cute backyard was perfect for hanging out and letting our dog have more to explore. :) we had an issue on our last night, and Irina and Isaac were SO helpful and quick to respond in an emergency. Can’t recommend this place enough. It was in the perfect spot for beach access, but away from all the crowds.

We came to St. Andrews by boat and stayed at January’s rental for three nights - it was great, we really enjoyed drinking coffee on the back porch and the yard was private and pet friendly, even though neighbors were close by. The property is just a few blocks from the busy downtown area, good restaurants and Marina. The farmer’s market at the Oaks Park on Saturday was also a treat. The place was very clean and nicely decorated, this was our second time staying at this unit and we will definitely stay again.

Came here with my family. Its a nice place. The downstairs room is the best, and the back yard with the pool was a hit. I think maybe a cover on the outside would have been nicer to hide from sun,but the pool kept us cool. The games inside was cool. Me and my kids played for hrs. We couldn't get Xbox to work, wanted passwords but I never messaged him about problem, possibly could have been fix. Overall I would visit again. Nice place, quiet area. lots of beds

So easy to walk to the beach! Our 12 year old liked having her own room with the pull out couch and second bathroom and our 10 year old enjoyed the bunkbed. It was awesome to have a backyard for the dogs and plenty of space for our family to stretch out and relax.

Let me first say how amazing Yana was with communication, instructions, local hot spot knowledge, she knows her stuff when it comes to this area. We stayed for 5 nights at her place and it was everything we wanted in a condo. The condo is GORGEOUS, the scenery was so beautiful, and the quiet piece of town it is in, is perfect! I love the HOA rules, it keeps riff-raff out and you don’t have to listen to loud music, parties, or any other annoying distractions. We enjoyed our stay here, more than any other place! We will definitely be back! Thank you Yana! The Conerly Crew thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Louis’s space was perfect for our stay. Super nice and has everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfy, shower was amazing, and the bidet was a nice touch. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony overlooking the pool with our coffee each morning. Close to several good restaurants in both PCB and Rosemary.

Joe’s home was lovely and a perfect size for our group. The home was beautifully designed and the backyard was a staple during our stay. The pool was heated perfectly for us. The house was extremely close to the beach just a five minute walk! We would love to stay at Joe’s place again in the future!

Drove from Chicagoland to this address. This did NOT disappoint! After seeking a comfortable place for 4 adults, the location/property was an absolute STANDOUT. This place is CLEAN. And the pool? 4 steps from the back door. OMG BEAUTIFUL. Pool is open until 11pm. WOW! The people? AWESOME! Pool depth - 6ft. WARM This host thought of everything to make you feel right at home. Bring your clothes and set up your Walmart pickup because you're not going to need anything else. STEPS FROM THE BEACH. And I mean STEPS. This was key, and absolutely gorgeous. STEPS from PCB night life and STEPS from anything you need if you do not want to drive. Did not disappoint. Hang a right, and go to Pier Park, and bring your dog to the beach. Hang a left and go to Capt. Jacks or the Wharf for the crab legs. EXQUISITE. You could walk to the coffee shop STEPS from this location every morning. I know, I did. If you rent this property, expect to have a WONDERFUL VACATION. Because I did. And you will too

Allen was quick to respond to questions! I was alone with my small dog and we loved it there!! It had everything we needed and some. Tons of things to do in the area and there were plenty towels and cookware available! I will definitely be returning with friends!! Thanks Allen!

This place is a great location , easy to access, and quiet overall. Inside everything was clean and it felt like home. The use of the washer and dryer was a huge bonus plus the beach amenities, too! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Clay's place was exactly as the pictures described. It was close to the beach and everything we needed was nearby. We had a few questions during our stay and Clay responded immediately. We were even given the opportunity to check in early on our arrival day. It was a fantastic addition to our stay. We would certainly stay here again.

Loved staying at their little cute townhouse. A perfect spot on 30a close to the beaches and restaurants. Everything is exactly as described. If anything happened/came up during my stay, it was addressed right away. Steve was a great host! 10/10 Will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Cal’s place was a great experience for me and my crew will definitely come back again to stay if ever back in Panama City Beach. Cal was responsive to anything I sent him and checked in on frequently making sure we’re having a good stay and if we needed anything to feel free to reach out.

This is our second year staying at this house, but our first year with the property management company. Everything was great, communication was quick and helpful. The location is fantastic!! We love grabbing a bite at Schooners a few doors down and we always rent a boat at the dock 5 miles down the road! There is also a pizza joint across the street with amazing food!! My only complaint or better wording would be warning to anyone staying at this house, and this is not a negative toward the owners, I would just want to be warned if I were shopping for a vacation home. The beach fills up fast, the beach directly in front of our house had umbrellas and tents set up by 5am every morning but the people who belonged to said tents were nowhere to be seen until noon or later. Again that is not negatively directed toward owners but seems necessary to have in reviews! Overall love it and will be back!!

She was very sweet and made us feel welcomed. The place was very clean and looked nice in the inside. The location is also a great spot and very close to panama city beach.

I can’t say enough about this place. It is absolutely gorgeous and clean! Very well maintained and easy access. The only negative is that i couldn’t stay longer!! Highly recommend and hope to be able to rent in the near future Thank you Joe

We were blown away by how nice the house was! We were okay with not getting a place right on the water. This was a perfect combination of value and only a ~7 min walk to the ocean. Definitely will check availability here when we plan our next beach trip.

If I could I’d give Sal 10 🌟 This house was super clean, nice, not stained towels and sheets. But the best parts were his extra attention to details. Unlike other places he provides a coffee bar with a coffee machine for beans or pods and creamers and sweeteners. Extra toilet paper and paper towels too. And tubes of shampoo and body wash. So nice after a long trip getting there and not have to immediately rush out to the stores to stock up on necessary items. The kiddos loved the s’mores station, fire pit and yard games. AND he provides a beach wagon, beach chairs, and umbrella! The house was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. There is a wonderful screened in porch. The kitchen was fully equipped. Sal was also very timely in responding to any questions we had. If I had a rental property I’d definitely want Sal to be our host! The location was a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants, stores and attractions. If you want a turnkey place to stay THIS IS IT!!!

Had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and just what we needed. Montanna was incredibly kind and responsive throughout the trip, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend staying here!
