My kids and I have been going to 30A for over a decade, long before all the development and crowds, and we have stayed almost everywhere. If you are looking for an amazing house that is not only beautiful, convenient, and peaceful this is the place for you. I know a lot of people are allured being in the middle of Rosemary, but this house is beautiful and it is a easy bike ride down to the heart of Rosemary, but you get the privacy of a true vacation and having your personal swimming pool is the best. Laura is great to work with and the house is exactly the way it looks in the pictures. Book this house, you won’t regret it. We will be back!

My daughter and I stayed for a long weekend trip. The house was very clean, our bed was comfortable. The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants, and fun, but in a very quiet area. Bridget is very friendly, gave us some local recommendations, she was a great host. Icing on the cake was puppy Valentino. He was extremely excited to see us every time we came in, wanting to love on us. He even slept with us a couple of nights❤️ If you are a pup lover you will be right at home like we were.

Stacy's place was awesome. It was spacious & private for 2 couples. A quick 5 min walk to beach. View of beach from bedroom & front room. Clean & comfortable. It had everything you would need. And is super cute inside. So far it is my favorite place to stay in PCB!

What an incredibly peaceful place to stay! It was perfect for my weekend getaway! Great location, felt like I was in my own little spot of the world, yet super close to all the things! Camilla was such a lovely host, always quick to answer any questions I had and give recommendations for places to go around the area. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway that’s close enough but tucked away enough as well, I HIGHLY recommend you staying here!! And I will for sure be staying again!

We enjoyed our stay. Beach access was nearby. The kids loved playing at the pool. The golf cart was a great addition. Clear instructions on everything and good communication. We were missing a couple essential items in the kitchen such as paper towels but they were dropped off the next day when I notified the host. Overall it was a great stay.

This condo was nothing less then perfect. It accommodated my family of 8. The condo is spacious, super clean, beautiful balcony view and all the details of this unit made it feel like home. Plenty of towels in each bathroom. The kitchen had cabinets filled with everything you would need to cook. Some extra bonuses for me was the trash chute is literally right outside the front door. The elevators are right around the corner and there is a closet FILLED with beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. The location of the condo is top notch. Walking distance to so many things. The hosts truly cared about our stay and checked in with us during our week of vacation. I would give this condo 10 stars if it were an option!! Thank you Nikki and Theresa for providing such a magical place for my family and I to make unforgettable memories ❤️

Really enjoyed my stay at Kathryn’s place! She was very helpful thru my stay and even invited me to a possible boat ride! I do wish the bed was not so soft but the shower?? It was SO GOOD that I even forgot the bed was soft. (Amazing water pressure) Highly recommend ☺️
