Novouređeni apartman u malom mjestu iznad Lovrana udaljen samo 5 km od centra, plaža i šetnice Lungomare. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena za kuhanje,a svako ćete jutro moći uživati i u kavi iz modernog Phillips aparata na velikoj vanjskoj terasi ili balkonu s pogledom na more.Sve sobe su opremljene kvalitetnim Boxspring krevetima i TV-om. Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

It is fully equipped and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet) and another separate toilet. The apartment is ideal for 6 people, 2 more people can sleep on the sofa bed. Bedrooms have balconies, living room has a large terrace with a table, seating area and a view of the sea.
