The vacation was great! I especially want to highlight the location of the apartment close to the beach and the direct access to the coastal path and proximity to beautiful Lovran. Lots of great little bars and cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We were able to leave the car in the secured parking lot for the whole holiday. The size of the air-conditioned apartment was also impressive and the contact with Zoran was always timely and friendly and helpful. We are incredibly happy to come back!

Very well situated in the old town, fairly easy to access with a stoller. Free parking nearby. Since it is a ground floor apartment it is a bit dark, but that can be very useful on hot days (AC worked great as well when needed). All in all a great little apartment in the heart of historic Lovran 5 minutes away from the beach. The only small thing we missed were dishsponges and a mounting point for the showerhead. If you prefer a firmer mattress, the bed here could be a bit soft for you.

Wonderful Lovran apartment in older restored building. Exceptional location in the heart of the city. Short walk to old town, marina, restaurants and cliff walk. Beautiful balcony overlooking the main street next to an open air market. Two very nice bedrooms and open kitchen/living area. All rooms have very high ceilings with fans. Highly recommended

It was wonderful. Clear recommendation. There's everything here: peace, adventure, good food and most importantly: warm hosts. Nives and Sanjin have a beautiful home/property, nothing is missing here. The two also welcomed us very warmly and we talked a lot with each other. They gave us a lot of good tips for the area. From the accommodation you can also hike very well in the mountains or walk down to the coast and old town. Everything is in walking distance. Lovran is also a beautiful place. We already had very nice contact with Vesna before the trip, when she provided us with the address of a cardiologist especially for our heart sick dog. Upon arrival at the house, which looks the same as on the pictures, we immediately felt comfortable. The living room seemed even more impressive to us. But the most beautiful was the view from the property to the sea and to Rijeka, which we could enjoy daily. From Vesna and Tanja we also received very good tips for activities, restaurants and a beautiful bay called Cesara. Here you will also find a large parking space. The parking fee is €5,- for half a day and €10,- for a full day. We spent 14 wonderful days with our friendship at Villa Sol.
