Cute, small apartment within walking distance to the amphitheater and downtown. On the balcony, above the rooftops, you can enjoy the evening in a relaxed way. The bathroom is small but perfectly adequate and has a washing machine. Caterina is very friendly and responds quickly with helpful tips. Cheap parking is available right around the next corner.

Great location, very new and modern apartment. We stayed here with our 2-year old and had a wonderful time. Every room has an AC, the beds are comfy and the shower is nice. Parking right in front of the apartment. Breakfast on the large balcony with sea view room was fantastic. The price was fair. We enjoyed it and recommend this place!

Breathtaking views of the sea and mountains! This place is spotless and the host is wonderful. We had a fantastic stay. Just a heads-up that sound does travel a bit within the house, but it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment. Highly recommend!

Victoria's apartment is very cozy and we felt comfortable right away. You can also stay very well on rainy days. Even better in the sun, with many seating and reclining options in the garden. Even on the beach, directly below the house, you can reach it via a hiking trail in 30 minutes if you are traveling quickly.

Our dream home!!! What a beautiful place. It was even better than our expectations. The house is tastefully decorated, welcoming, renovated but retains its character. The pool is just sublime. Both the interior and the exterior, 10/10. Zoran gave us great local recommendations. He's a thoughtful and very kind host. A quiet and heavenly place for a quiet vacation, close to everything on the island (within 30 minutes' drive of the attractions). We recommend this house for your future trip, a must-see!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We were 2 adults and 2 teens (16+14) in the accommodation as a family of 4. We loved the tranquility and seclusion. That was exactly what we wanted. The house is small,but it is completely sufficient. Everything is nicely decorated and placed. Exactly as you can see from the pictures. The outdoor area is simply a dream. Thought out to the smallest corner. We used the outdoor kitchen regularly. We were there now in October and also had good weather. ( an average of 22 degrees☀️) This made very good use of the pool and hot tub. The small bay is also just very nice. We spent a whole day there and were all alone. We highly recommend this place. We will be back. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

Vacation with toddler (2 years): quiet location, few cars, quiet walks in the countryside, small playground nearby (church). Accommodation well equipped for children (stuffed animals, toys, water guns, life jacket, bed rail, crib, stair gate on the upper floor). Kitchen and bathroom well equipped, everything you need, refrigerator filled with good things. Pool unfortunately unheated, but very well maintained. Fireplace and wood for heating on cold rainy days are available. Sea can be reached within minutes by car (e.g. Cizici): beautiful bay, shallow water, many small beaches, playground, restaurants and bars. The rest of the island can be explored in about 10-40 minutes by car. Good starting location. Very satisfied, despite bad and cold weather (early May) ideal equipment - we were still able to enjoy the week. Very good for families - even with toddler. Would book again immediately!

Very nice and clean apartment in a quiet location. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. You can relax perfectly in the hot tub and on the terrace.

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

We had a great time, the place was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of amenities. The road to the driveway is super steep, so needs a bit of skill if you are traveling by car. The owners live upstairs, so it's not 100% private, however they are very friendly. We received a welcome drink and a bottle of wine in the fridge.

Mira is a lovely host, who was more than happy to accommodate and help despite a language barrier. The apartment is a little tough to get to; on a steep residential street so be aware of that. However, when you reach it, you have a lovely view of the city, looking exactly like the photos, and a lovely clean apartment. Thank you Mira for a lovely stay. :)

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Just a great place to stay and would stay there again in the future

Sanja was a perfect host and even got us some food in advance as we arrived at closed shops on a public holiday. She had provided extra toys for our children, which was also great for them. We felt completely comfortable with her and you can't ask for better. The building is a little on the slope which makes getting there a little more difficult and the footpath high from the beach is also a bit more difficult but the view you have for it is absolutely worth it and otherwise the apartment really brings a lot of opportunity. The small garden with barbecue area was also great. Thank you for everything!

This apartment was exactly as advertised, looking just like the photos and matching the description perfectly! We had a fantastic time; the space is not only beautiful but also very functional and comfortable for our stay. Katharina was an incredibly helpful and responsive host throughout our entire visit, and we will definitely be looking to book here again on our next trip!

Albina was very friendly and gave us very helpful information. The flat was lovely, very clean and all you need even for a longer stay is there. We would definitely come back again. It’s also very nice that Italy is super close and there are many towns around that are beautiful and worth a visit.
