Vacation rentals with lake access in Loupian

I had a great time at Jean Pierre and Catou's. The accommodation is clean, well-equipped, very quiet although it is in the city, located close to amenities and access to tourist activities in the area is easy. It's always been easy to park on the street. Air-conditioning and terrace provide additional comfort. All in all, we could stay there for a long time. Thank you both for hosting me with my dog and for your availability and kindness!

Accommodation as advertised and pleasant for several people to stay. A/C is an undeniable bonus.

We stayed at Mona and Mehdi's place for an extended weekend, family reunion. The house is beautiful, relaxing; and its outdoor space with pool is lovely. The location allows you to be both very quickly by the sea or canals, and quickly in Montpellier. We had a great time, were able to enjoy nature and when we returned we felt like we were in a cocoon. Mona allowed us to adjust our check-in and checkout times. Hopefully we can have a good time there again!

Very nice property, perfectly equipped, with a great pool. Too bad, however, that the table tennis and pool cues are worn, and that the foosball is almost unusable.

House was great (for 5 adults and 2 year old). Spacious, clean, quiet, well located for town and beach. We got about on bikes. Aurore was a great host, clear instructions, quick responses communicative. We had a very great week

Listing is as described. The lake is within walking distance as well as the village of Octon. Perfect for rentals around the lake. We did not have the opportunity to meet Delphine but she is always available when needed. A very good clean rental with all the necessities. We recommend the eyes closed

Children's and baby equipment beyond our expectations. As well as the ideal location, quiet but close to all activities.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The two dedicated parking places are a real boon. It's situation is fantastic, being only two minutes walk from the lovely harbour with all it's restaurants, and ten minutes from the centre of the town. The view from the balcony is truly special, overlooking as it does the marina and the Étang, along the shore of which you can walk all the way to the Canal du Midi. We shall certainly be back.

We had a wonderful week in Sète! The apartment was perfect - beautiful, well-equipped and centrally located. Although we didn't actually meet him, Michael was a great and generous host: there was a lovely bottle of rosé chilling for us in the fridge and the coffee machine was fully beaned-up - thank you! The town itself is gorgeous and very well connected - we explored the area using public transport: buses are frequent and on time! Not sure how easy it would have been to park had we traveled by car. We visited a number of beaches, all of them stunning and hired bikes to cycle to Marseillan. There was so much to do, a week certainly wasn't long enough! We hope to visit again soon - Sète is our new favourite place!

We had a great time at Guy's apartment. He welcomed us warmly, the instructions were always sent quickly and with great precision. The accommodation was spotless, quiet, well located to reach the tram to Montpellier center. We will be happy to return to this apartment. A big thank you to Guy.

The Little Nest is aptly named. The living room is large and bright, the view is splendid, the apartment is well arranged and equipped, it's quiet. We spent 5 wonderful days there. Only two points to consider, especially for people with disabilities or those who are (slightly) older: The stairs are indeed steep and it is not always possible to park in front, the closest being the Plantier parking lot located about 200 m away. Otherwise, no complaints, thanks again!

We had a great time! Sabine really hosted us well, smiling kindness, very professional! Very good advice on the city, we even got to see a filming scene of "Demain nous appartient" thanks to her! The apartment is superb, brand new, quiet and very well located! So we recommend it to everyone!

A little timeless weekend in a beautiful environment by the Thau pond. Very cute and super-equipped accommodation. This is a very charming house and we really had a wonderful week. The views from the roof terrace are stunning, and a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine.. Bouzigues is full of good places for a relaxing meal (particularly oysters, of course), so no need to drive in the evening, and during our week we enjoyed trips to Sète; Beziers, Meze, Marseillan and Pezenas. Thank you to both Polly and Eva, we hope to be back!

We had a really lovely time here. The house is cute and has everything you’d need. The town is small, picturesque and has some local vineyards for wine tasting. The lake nearby is great for swimming. I’d highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The environment was perfect, Gabby has a world that puts you right in the atmosphere of the holidays. The accommodation is just perfect, a cozy little nest where it feels good. In addition, Gabby welcomed us with a multitude of small attentions that can only put you at ease. Thank you for this stay, we are leaving extremely satisfied with this holiday!

The house had recently been refurbished to a very high standard. We felt very welcome there, with excellent stocks of essential supplies. We would not hesitate to book another stay there.

Great find, loved our stay with the family for a few days. Situated in very small village with beautiful surroundings. House was charming and came with all amenities. Sébastien was responsive and very helpful.

Sylvie was a really great host! We did not met her in person but everything was organized so well. The house and garden are great. We actually did not use the full space of the house because the garden is a great place to have a barbecue, just relax in the outdoor chairs or we brought our own hammock which we hang between the trees. There are a lot of moskitos but in the house there are nets, so no blame to Sylvie this is great!

Beautiful square. Admiring sunrise over the lagoon right from the bed, just a few steps to the sandy beach or even to the town square. Perfect! However, due to the location, there is also quite a bit of noise!
