Great host! Great value! Everything was easy and smooth right from the starts. No issues whatsoever but if we did have one we were confident they would get back to us extremely quickly.

Halie was amazing. Very accommodating. Beautiful place, very charming. It was close to great shops and places to eat. She was very responsive to our requests. I would love to come back and stay here.

Convenient location to UT campus. Plenty of space. Very friendly and responsive host.

We can’t say enough about our stay. Gregory and the family were so kind and comfortable to talk to. Communication was excellent. The home was outstanding. Everything was very clean, well taken care of, and well stocked. The location is so close to downtown Knoxville but you don’t feel like it. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We loved everything about our stay there and this will be our go to place for our trips to Knoxville.

John was a wonderful and friendly host. We loved the bagels and OJ and the home was very comfortable and clean. We felt the space was much bigger than the pictures suggested, which was a wonderful surprise. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and very peaceful natural surroundings, but still very close to freeway access, which was like a little hidden gem. Thank you John for a comfortable stay!

this place was perfect for our 2 night pass through pigeon forge on our southeast road trip! its close to all the attractions of the town but also feels secluded and feels like youre staying in a cabin in the mountains. id highly recommend staying here or even checking out any of their other places on the property! look forward to hopefully staying here again in the future!

It was beautiful and it looks like there is a lot to do in the area! Susan also provides a lot of fun opportunities if you want to use the equipment. We were just stopping for the night but might stay again some time in the future it was so nice!!

This was my fourth stay with Tony and Barb. It remains my go to destination when visiting Knoxville.

Location: The place was only 6-7 minutes from each downtown location that we experienced. Not only was the location incredibly accessible and convenient it was still (somehow) quite secluded and private. This is a hard feat to accomplish in a mid-size city, but this house provided that as well. The venue: The house feels like you're walking into a living art installation. From the handpicked decor to the mid-century art pieces the entire house feels like a complete departure from our current time line. Amenities: The house came fully stocked with seasonings, toiletries, and all of the necessary utensils to prep meals. The house also came with a basket full of snacks, which was a nice compliment. The only things we needed to bring were olive oil and the food. Overall: Great experience. My only *bummer* is that I didn't capture a full walk-through video of the venue for my own personal memento.

The yard was great, the outdoor space was cozy, and we enjoyed the amenities as well. Would 100% recommend

Very clean and very cozy. Beds were so comfortable!! The area was so peaceful and hardly no traffic at all. We stayed two nights to attend an event at UTK baseball field. 10 min easy drive to the field. Would definitely stay again.

Convinent get away. Loved the experience and I read the directions on how to access the driveway.

Had a short night stay, but the house was clean updated nice! Right off 75 and great for snowbirds and the like for a “half way stop” south! Had a business trip in Tn and it was a great location for us. Easy check in, clean, updated, great location!

There are 2 beautiful houses on the property which work perfectly for traveling with extended family and friends or for rental of only one of the houses. The houses are new and thoughtfully designed for family living and relaxation inside and out - the decks are huge and make perfect extensions of the living space! Children of any age would love the place and the back entrances of the houses are accessible for people with limited mobility. Our toddlers loved the creek running through the property and the waterfall and fire pit areas are marvelous. The kitchens were wonderfully stocked with dishes and cooking pots and pans - even an air fryer! There was an old style arcade video game mounted to the wall in both houses - fun! We made day trips to the mountains and enjoyed family dinners on the porches. This is the perfect vacation spot and we will definitely be sharing the location with others and coming back ourselves! Gabriel’s place was exactly as listed. Gabriel and co-hosts responded within minutes and gave clear instructions to everything needed to ensure a smooth stay. The distance is very reasonable and can be done multiple times a day. Would recommend!

Perfect for parking and enjoying Old City! Super lighting and very comfortable furnishings. We can’t wait to come back. If you’re sensitive to noise- be aware you are in the middle of the fun- so Saturdays may be a bit louder. All in all- can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb.

My friends and I decided to take a last minute trip up to Tennessee to go to Windrock Park! John was always super responsive and the place was beautiful! Massive kitchen and gorgeous decor made us feel right at home. The only thing I would say is be mindful of parking. It’s on a slight hill and we had a small trailer but it all worked out great! Highly recommend!

Excellent. Beautiful sunrises on clear mornings. Fortunately I’m not from The Villages so I was able to easily understand the very clear instructions provided by the hosts! Highly recommend :)

This location was perfect if you plan to visit the campus. Once we parked, we didn't use the car again until we left. Mary was very attentive to make sure we did not need anything or have any questions. We will definitely be returning!
