This studio is located in Welches, OR. It is the perfect location to access recreational activities in the Mt Hood area - only 18 minutes from Skibowl and 30 minutes from Timberline or Meadows. Freshly updated space with a shared entry, the studio is on the second floor, inside the main house. It has a private bathroom and many amenities including Wi-Fi, internet, smart TV, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, kettle. We live in the house. You may occasionally hear noises and footsteps. The Woodlands Hideout is a small intentional retreat space, featured in Dwell. Designed and created with so much love, and with the hope that guests could immerse in the beauty of the natural world, but still offer some cozy and more essential comforts. You will love the large windows, the wood stove, and the calming aesthetic. Although the footprint of the space is small, we designed the experience to be outward focussed, so it feels very expansive with the towering pine trees in view.

It’s located 25 mins away from the unique town of Hood River where there are endless activities. Everything from restaurants, breweries, hiking, kite boarding, Windsurfing, fishing, kayaking and more. It’s the perfect spot to get away from city life, but an easy drive if you want to enjoy what the surrounding towns have to offer!

The Bear's Den, studio with kitchen and pond/creek

Our wonderful guest house is a cozy studio with a queen bed, kitchen, sofa, and dining table in one large room. There is a bathroom with shower. This is a second floor apartment over the detached garage, we live in the main house next door. The property is very secluded well off the road with no other houses nearby and borders the National Forest. Enjoy the spring fed pond in the front yard, a hike along the Sandy river, or a 15 min drive to ski resorts.

Klaus Haus-A cozy, modern retreat

This remodeled cabin is a beauty! It is architecturally unique with interesting lines, floor to ceiling windows, an open concept main floor, wood burning stove and a king sized bed in the loft. This is a great home base for exploring all that Mt. Hood has to offer and a beautiful space to relax in afterwards! We do have a deck but unfortunately it is under construction and currently unavailable.
