This has become my home away from home when I am in Cucuta. I was just there in Dec/Jan and the place was beautiful and I walk in this time and some nice touch ups were done to make it even that much more beautiful. Julian and Nelly are awesome hosts and are there when ever needed. The pool is very nice and we used the gym a few times. The area has 3 supermarkets within a block of building and I used all 3. Night life and dining is also very close and downtown is a short taxi ride. I can't recommend this lovely space enough. The place is much better than the photos. Very clean, well thought out for the comfort of the passenger and very cozy. A balcony overlooking the city, you can breathe space, there was privacy for each member of the group. With quick and easy access to Ventura Mall through the Homecenter and very close to Los Caobos restaurants. Mr. Jesús is a friendly, professional host, always available. The employees at the front desk are very helpful. My 85-year-old mom already “informed” us that this is where she'll be staying when she travels to Cúcuta. That says it all. Thank you very much, Mr. Jesús.

The place is fantastic, the view is phenomenal. The apartment needs a little upgrade, but nothing serious. Julio was very attentive and responded in less than 24 hours. I'm grateful for everything. Nothing serious or anything to regret. I would take that apartment again. I enjoyed my stay in that apartment. PS: the surveillance is always on the lookout and attentive to the entrance of a guest.

The apartment is just like the pictures. The area is quiet. Yurelka was always available!!

The accommodation has the space and comfort necessary for 6 people. The air conditioning works very well.👍🏼 The building is beautiful and you can go to the pool, bring a bathing cap😉 At night it is private and quiet. Its location on an avenue makes it not very residential, there are no micro markets or shops or restaurants on the same block, only large stores. But transportation is easy and you can go to nearby places. The value for money is very good👏🏽

The building is peaceful and the front desk teams / security guards are very competent, despite there was a change of security companies in the middle of our stay (both teams are great) The place is very clean and the host was very responsive. In fact, the entire experience was so smooth that we didn't have to contact him after the first day or two.

We had a pleasant weekend at Valentina's house. We were able to rest and change the weather. Recommended for disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of the city

Unfortunately we had to edit our stay to only 1 night but it was a personal situation and it had nothing to do with the place. Maria was great as a host and she kindly allowed us to change our reservation. The house was welcoming and clean. Maria even had a thoughtful present for my mom since we were celebrating mother's day.

Everything is very good , a very pleasant experience. Very satisfied with the house, as in the photos , the location very good , the timely response, the entrance and departure without any inconvenience , 100% recommended .

super easy to deal with. Rogert was very communicative and made sure I had all of the information I needed. room was clean, comfortable, actually really big! full kitchen with toaster, sandwich maker etc etc. it is really close to the Venezuelan border which makes it a great place to stop at coming or going to Venezuela.
