This has become my home away from home when I am in Cucuta. I was just there in Dec/Jan and the place was beautiful and I walk in this time and some nice touch ups were done to make it even that much more beautiful. Julian and Nelly are awesome hosts and are there when ever needed. The pool is very nice and we used the gym a few times. The area has 3 supermarkets within a block of building and I used all 3. Night life and dining is also very close and downtown is a short taxi ride. I can't recommend this lovely space enough. Thank You Julian and Nelly once again for your kindness and hospitality Joe and Mayra

El alojamiento es mucho mejor que las fotos. Muy limpio, bien pensado para la comodidad del pasajero y muy acogedor. Un balcón con vista a la ciudad, se respira espacio, hubo privacidad para cada miembro del grupo. Con fácil y rápido acceso a Ventura Mall a través del Homecenter y muy cerca a restaurantes de los Caobos. El Sr Jesús es un anfitrión amable, profesional, siempre disponible. Los empleados en la recepción muy colaboradores. Mi mamá de 85 años ya nos “informó” que este es el sitio donde se quedará cuando viaje a Cúcuta. Eso lo dice todo. Muchas gracias Sr Jesús.

El lugar fantastico la vista fenomenal. Necesita upgraded un poquito el apto pero nada grave. Julio fue muy atento y respondia en menos de 24hrs agradecida con todo. Nada grave ni nada de que arrepentirme. Volveria a tomar ese apartmento disfrute mi estadia en ese apto. PD: la vigilancia siempre al tanto y atentos para la entrada de uno como huesped.

Apto muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo. Muy buen sector. Cómodo, fresco. Recomendado.

El hospedaje cuenta con el espacio y la comodidad necesaria para 6 personas. Los aires funcionan muy bien.👍🏼 El edificio es bonito y se puede ir a piscina, lleven gorro de baño😉 En la noche es privado y silencioso. Su ubicación en una avenida hace que no sea muy residencial, no se encuentran micro mercados ni tiendas ni restaurantes en la misma cuadra solo almacenes de grandes superficies. Pero el transporte es fácil y se puede desplazar a sitios cercanos. La relación comodidad precio es muy buena👏🏽

The building is peaceful and the front desk teams / security guards are very competent, despite there was a change of security companies in the middle of our stay (both teams are great) The place is very clean and the host was very responsive. In fact, the entire experience was so smooth that we didn't have to contact him after the first day or two.

Pasamos un fin de semana agradable en la casa de Valentina. Pudimos descansar y cambiar de clima. Recomendada para desconectarse del ajetreo de la ciudad

Unfortunately we had to edit our stay to only 1 night but it was a personal situation and it had nothing to do with the place. Maria was great as a host and she kindly allowed us to change our reservation. The house was welcoming and clean. Maria even had a thoughtful present for my mom since we were celebrating mother's day.

Todo muy muy bien , una experiencia muy agradable . Muy satisfecha con la casa, tal cual las fotos , la ubicación muy buena , la respuesta oportuna , la entrada y la salida sin ningún inconveniente , 100% recomendado .

super easy to deal with. Rogert was very communicative and made sure I had all of the information I needed. room was clean, comfortable, actually really big! full kitchen with toaster, sandwich maker etc etc. it is really close to the Venezuelan border which makes it a great place to stop at coming or going to Venezuela.
