Vacation rentals with a patio in Lorient, Saint Barthélemy

We absolutely loved Tamara's place as well as the area. We are in love with the beach which is a super close walk and extremely convenient. Tamara was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back.

Shanaan is a great host. She gives clear instructions and the space matches the photos and everything for a good stay is present. Also think of the things you can't bring with you, such as a parasol. Fast and clear communication, definitely recommended.

The area was nice and quiet. Very secluded neighbourhood which brought additional safety to our stay which is super important for me. Anna communicated everything we needed to access the place in advance which prevented any inconveniences. To top it off, the pool being right at outside our door was the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend!

The place was beautiful especially the view! My only suggestion would be that a tv should be place in the bedroom, instructions on what the occupants need to do before checkout (trash removal, dirty linens, ect) and English instructions on how to use the 2 in 1 washer/dryer. Grounds were absolutely beautiful and the young lady that checked us in was a sweetheart🤎

The airbnb was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our honeymoon. The studio sits below a villa that has the private pool, which we had all to ourselves. The view was gorgeous, the interior design was amazing, and the hosts thought of everything. They were very responsive with any needs. We will surely stay here again

Perfect! After exploring the island, I saw that we were in the best place! In front of the best and most beautiful beach on the island! Not even a 5-minute walk on the beautiful golf course! It looks like it's in a resort! View from the apartment to the golf course and the spectacular beach! Everything is new! It's really worth it!

Amy was very accommodating and was quick to respond. The home is close to Maho Beach, the airport, and one of the ferry docks to Anguilla. We appreciated the extra snacks and toiletries. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

We loved the beautiful condo! It was spacious, spotless, well stocked, as described and we had a wonderful stay there! Full disclosure - The day we landed we were having issues being able to use our phone so we called and texted asking for the address so we could shuttle to the house but we never received a response. Once we were able to use the phone to retrieve the address we got a shuttle from the airport to the house. The code for the door did not work. After trying several times i again tried to contact the owner and even rang the doorbell camera but once again never got a response. When I was able to get into the Airbnb app to try to make contact I found a second email which had the correct door code. Also note that The home is on the far side of the island with no stores or restaurants nearby which makes it nice, quiet and private but you are a long way from everything so have ur food and/or a ride lined up before u get dropped off. But it was wonderful after a tumultuous start.

A Perfect Stay in St. Martin! Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was amazing—clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with great attention to detail. It had everything we needed, including air conditioning and all the comforts of home. The location couldn’t be better—very close to Super U, a gas station, McDonald's, and even Fort St. Louis. Everything was nearby, making it super convenient to explore the island. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and we truly felt at home. You can tell they really care about their guests. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful airbnb with all that you would need for a great stay. It looked exactly like the picture. Peaceful, quiet and safe neighbourhood. Everything was really close by ( restaurants and entertainments etc). Laurean gave clear and direct instructions on how to find and check in to the airbnb. Would definitely come back here and recommend this place to others.

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The home looked better in person. Very clean, accessible to most attractions and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10/10 experience we will definitely come back!

This was hands down one of the most incredible, unforgettable stays we've ever had. The moment we arrived, we were blown away by how secluded and peaceful the property was — completely tucked away in nature with nothing but the sound of the ocean surrounding us. Waking up to the view of the sea and falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves every night was something out of a dream. The space was super clean had everything we needed and Melissa was super responsive although we barely had an questions. The hosts are located right upstairs but we felt very secluded. Wifi works great & hot showers any time of the day. **The location is tucked at the end of the island along slightly tricky / steep inclines / some unpaved roads. If you are not comfortable with driving on the island definitely keep that in mind. We have been to St Maarten over 20 times and are familiar with variable road conditions. Thank you so much for sharing this special place with us. We’ll never forget it.

Our stay was very nice. Would definitely stay again. It was all exactly as described. The bungalow was very clean and warming. Nanda was very nice and always responded to our needs. The bungalow felt secured, relaxing and peaceful. We had nice breezes throughout our stay. The driveway was nice and easy parking. We got visits from goats who stopped by for some drinking water. Which is natural of the island of St. Barths. A few land turtles came by for a little snack too. The bungalow is close to a few nice beaches and hikes. The lagoon in Cul de Sac was really nice and walking distance from the bungalow. There you can walk out on the bay see sea turtles, and many other sea life. Great snorkeling and finds. A hike around the bay on both sides are remarkable and easy to walk. Lots of nature beauty awaits. We definitely recommend Nanda’s bungalow.

Spectacular home. Private, quiet, yet minutes away from beaches and quality restaurants. Checking in and out was well coordinated by the team, as were responses to queries. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

Patricia was a most fantastic host. SO friendly, and super helpful, there to greet me with thorough orientation upon arrival. I needed help with a few things and Patricia always went above and beyond, even offering things before I thought to ask for them. My appreciation of Patricia’s hosting is matched by the stunning vista of Petit Cle and sea from the beautiful pool terrace, which made for memorable morning tai chi. And the studio itself was most comfortable, including the bed. The location access is a little funky (in part because of the elevation), and be aware there is a flight of stairs up to the studio - all worth it for a stay with so many amenities. Good central location for access to everything from Orient Bay to Pinel ferry and Anse Marcel.

I loved the location! You can walk to restaurants, shops, Maho beach, Mullet Bay, even a pharmacy. Room was comfy and felt like home. Environment was safe as well. Perfect.

We love the unit and recommend it to others. Hoping to be there next year for sure. Amazing location and great fun awaits!

Had a great stay, great service

Loved our stay, the house had everything we needed. The pool area is so serene and beautiful and so many places to relax and take in the views. 10 minute walk to the restaurants and beach, and a quick drive to so many island spots and beaches. We loved it here!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful place for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and located within a gated community, which made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved the large balcony where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while taking in the breathtaking views of Indigo Bay. Leanne and her team were very responsive and helpful, making everything from check-in to check-out seamless. We enjoyed the Indigo Bay beach club (walking distance or a very short car ride away) - beautiful beach and delicious food. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

The home is everything you want and more! New and modern furniture paired with beautiful delicate decorations and plants. The home really has every appliances and utensils you might need (from alluminium foil to veggie cutter.. ). the balconies offer an amazing view of the lagoon and even cruise ships that pass by. The walk-in shower passes through to the balcony with an amazing view of the lagoon. From the moment you arrive you feel right at home! Marion is very attentive, welcoming and discreet and if needed always available to offer help or advice. Marigot is a beautiful caribbean town during the day with everything you need (bakery, pharmacy, small supermarket, restaurants and bars.. ) The surrounding area of the lagoon is unfortunately a little run down and in the evening and night it's a little shabby. However in the evening from your balcony you can hear a faint jazzy music coming from the restaurants around the lagoon which is very pleasant. We can't wait to be back!
