Luxury rentals in Lorient, Saint Barthélemy

This is a fantastic property and is exactly as shown. That said, some aerial photos may show a beach just outside the property, but that beach was washed away in the hurricane a few years back. We did not miss having a beach, because the patio and pool area are fantastic- plus, Mullett Bay Beach is 5 minutes away. Cupecoy Beach, and Dany's Beach Bar, are a two minute walk from your front door. It is a very secure location, and we always felt very safe and comfortable. The security staff are very attentive and always on site. The location is perfectly situated on the island. 15 minutes to Simpson Bay. 10ish minutes to Maho Beach. 7-8 minutes to Nettle Bay. There is a well stocked grocery store just across the street along with several decent restaurants. I would suggest purchasing plastic or stainless drinkware if you want to have drinks next to the pool. The home only stocks glassware- and plenty of it. We took advantage of the provisioning service through Les Halles, and it was very nice to have our groceries all put away when we arrived. We also had our rental car delivered. Both saved a lot of time and allowed us to quickly get to fun and sun. Rayma, our housekeeper, takes exquisite care of the property. Plenty of clean towels, beautiful bedding, all immaculate. We made frequent use of the services of Axel, our concierge, whose recommendations were- without exception- spot on with our expectations. Axel has relationships established with numerous restaurants and venues throughout the island, and when he gets a table reserved for you, it will be the best. If he reserves beach chairs and a day for your, it will be the best location.

We loved the house and would love to return one day. The house was beautiful and always clean. I was surprised there was daily cleaning service, but as we were always gone during the day, we didn't mind the company and it was great getting clean towels! The bedrooms had individual a/c units and although we were there at the hottest time of the year, it was okay that there wasn't a/c throughout the house. I highly recommend this house.

Just, WOW! A group of 15 of us just returned from a magnificent visit to Villa Nevaeh to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. Let me start by saying that as gorgeous as the pictures are, they do not do justice to what you will see with your own eyes upon your arrival at Nevaeh. Every detail has been attended to, in every nook and cranny of the property. The greatest surprise of the visit however was the staff. Tania was wonderful to work with throughout the booking and planning part of the process, and you should definitely consider taking advantage of the many extras that could enhance your stay (yoga, massages, live music/DJ, boat excursions, etc.). Upon your arrival you will meet Winston and Chef Joe, who really were the difference makers. Winston couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful and attentive throughout the whole stay, and he has a wonderful laugh and overall demeanor. Our group basically consisted of a bunch of food snobs, and every single item that Chef Joe cooked up for us was incredible. Rich flavors, a wide array of delicious seafood dishes and sides, and always served on time and at the right temperature was no small task for a group of our size. All in all, we couldn't have had a better time, and genuinely recommend you consider Nevaeh for your special occasion!

The most beautiful villa! More spacious than the photos show and walking distance from everything Gustavia has to offer. Gorgeous art and decorations and super comfy beds. Our concierge, Pierre, was just the best and managed to get us all the reservations we needed for the week. We have already booked to come back again next year. Highly recommend!

Staying at this villa was truly a dream. The property is absolutely gorgeous and looks exactly like the photos. Working with 100% Villas was also lovely. Jahelle had so many amazing recommendations and answered my questions. She met me at the villa to do a walk through, which was very helpful, and checked in throughout the trip to confirm that everything was okay. I asked for recommendations for various vendors throughout the trip. She was very helpful behind the scenes and coordinated with them to be sure my experience was seamless. For example, she described the glassware options to the bartender before I arrived. The only issue was that the front door stuck and could be hard to open and lock. I eventually figured out a workaround so it wasn’t major. My final recommendation is to have a full list of things that the concierge could arrange or has arranged with recommended timelines to reserve so guests can maximize their experience. I’m already dreaming of coming back! Thank you!

La Perla Bianca certainly is an unforgettable beachfront experience! We were taken aback by the breathtaking views from the private oceanfront oasis. The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures, and was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host (Enzo) went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order for our arrival as well as throughout our stay. He was proactive and very attentive and offered numerous suggestions for daily excursions and restaurants to try. La Perla Bianca is a Picture Perfect, Private Luxury vacation spot. We will certainly use Lux Villa Vacations again in the future. Thank You!

Perfect stay. This stay is in the run for my best ever Airbnb stay. Everything from the check-in to the checkout was perfect. The house is perfect for four couples or four friends getting together for a trip. You don’t have to fight over the best bedroom because they’re all on the same level. The bedrooms are separate from the living room/kitchen areas which I did not mind because each person had their own personal space. The dining room is outside off of the kitchen, but it is fully covered and with a nice breeze you don’t realize that you’re outside. The rooms are appointed like a 5 star hotel! Fresh linens and towels!! There was a daily morning cleaning service which was very convenient and came every morning based on what time we provided. Overall, great day with 100% rent again
