Vacation rentals with a patio in Lorient, Saint Barthélemy

Ce séjour fut parfait :) L’accueil chaleureux de Marie dans son studio magnifiquement bien situé juste en face du lagon avec sa superbe vue. Ce studio longe la plage et tout l’endroit est sécurisé à mon grand bonheur. Une épicerie, une pharmacie, une boulangerie et plusieurs excellents resto sont à quelques pas … Sa grande disponibilité, tous ses conseils et références d’incontournables … une gastronomie et des cocktails incroyables vous attend. Nous avons décidé de louer une voiture ce qui est un must pour la liberté et le coût comparé au taxi et Marie nous a référé Best car rental ; vraiment excellent comme service, on nous a apporté la voiture à notre Airbnb et on nous a accompagner à l’aéroport au départ Je n’oublierai jamais ces moments avec ma fille ♥️ I love Saint-Martin

We absolutely loved Tamara's place as well as the area. We are in love with the beach which is a super close walk and extremely convenient. Tamara was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back.

The area was nice and quiet. Very secluded neighbourhood which brought additional safety to our stay which is super important for me. Anna communicated everything we needed to access the place in advance which prevented any inconveniences. To top it off, the pool being right at outside our door was the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend!

The place was beautiful especially the view! My only suggestion would be that a tv should be place in the bedroom, instructions on what the occupants need to do before checkout (trash removal, dirty linens, ect) and English instructions on how to use the 2 in 1 washer/dryer. Grounds were absolutely beautiful and the young lady that checked us in was a sweetheart🤎

Perfeito! Depois de explorar a ilha vi que estávamos no melhor lugar! Em frente a melhor e mais bonita praia da ilha! Nem 5 minutos de caminhada pelo lindo campo de golfe! Parece estar em um resort! Vista do apartamento para o campo de golfe e a praia espetacular! Tudo novo! Vale muito a pena!

Gigi's flat is absolutely gorgeous, so modern and spacious and impeccably designed. The views of the ocean from the private balcony are stunning. Gigi is also such an accommodating and thoughtful host who went above and beyond in terms of amenities provided. There are beach chairs/umbrellas and beach towels and snorkels and a cooler she allows you to use for your stay! I hope to return soon and often. If it is available, book it right away!

The pictures of the condo unit were EXACTLY as they were advertised on this site. The Condo was in Excellent condition. They complex where the unit is located is a wonderful with location that is in the heart of the Cupecoy area of the island. The host was very accommodating and answered important questions prior to us booking. The service we received upon arrival was equally outstanding and responsive. The overall experience was Excellent. The combination of location, the complex, the unit and host all added up to be one of the best units we have rented on this platform, to date. I would 100% recommend this location and the unit to anyone who wants an amazing place to stay in St. Maarten. It is a perfectly located spot on the island. We'll be back for sure! Thanks

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique dans ce logement. L’endroit est chaleureux, décoré avec goût, et on s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Tout est parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque pour assurer un confort optimal. Le quartier est calme et sécurisé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement et sereinement de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette adresse les yeux fermés, et c’est certain, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Our stay was very nice. Would definitely stay again. It was all exactly as described. The bungalow was very clean and warming. Nanda was very nice and always responded to our needs. The bungalow felt secured, relaxing and peaceful. We had nice breezes throughout our stay. The driveway was nice and easy parking. We got visits from goats who stopped by for some drinking water. Which is natural of the island of St. Barths. A few land turtles came by for a little snack too. The bungalow is close to a few nice beaches and hikes. The lagoon in Cul de Sac was really nice and walking distance from the bungalow. There you can walk out on the bay see sea turtles, and many other sea life. Great snorkeling and finds. A hike around the bay on both sides are remarkable and easy to walk. Lots of nature beauty awaits. We definitely recommend Nanda’s bungalow.

House is as shown in photos. Large enough for a group of six or a couples outing. Very secluded, beautiful estate to walk around. House is very secure in addition to a security gate at the entrance. One of the most well stocked Airbnb homes I have ever rented in regard to kitchen utensils/ supplies, toiletries, and linen. The property managers/hosts are very accommodating. I have heat driven migraines and they graciously brought me a fan ASAP. We will return next year and hopefully rent the same property! Thanks again

Private location with a gorgeous pool that kept shade till 1pm - our kids were in it by 7am every day. Accommodation was pristine with perfect bedrooms. We were able to open the house up all morning then close the doors and turn on AC and control each bedroom for personal preference individually. Our host met us at the house, were very responsive throughout our stay and provided assistance quickly (for example a blender that malfunctioned was quickly replaced). M-F housekeeping was also a very nice touch. Overall very happy with the experience, and would book again.

Our stay for 8 people was wonderful. The area is more beautiful than imagined, and the pictures surely do not do it justice. The house is very private, and you need to traverse a couple large hills in order to get there. We had to swap out our first rental car because the tread felt very unsafe and struggled on some of the hills, but otherwise we really appreciated the privacy and sweeping views of the water from the villa.

Truly Amazing! This place is better than the photos and in a great location. We loved our vacation here, just a 5 minute walk down to Eden Rock and St. Jean beach. The quality of the interior design and finishes was exceptional. The bungalow was also in a nice quaint setting with beautiful plants. Tanguy and his family were the best hosts I have ever experienced with an Airbnb stay. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

My stay at this Airbnb was exceptional! The host was incredibly welcoming, the space was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local stores and restaurants. Highly recommend this gem for a comfortable and memorable trip!

This location was an amazing place to stay for my honey moon! The place was so clean, the viewed were breathtaking, and with everything that was left in the place, it felt like home and a vacation all in one! The neighborhood of the condo was so quiet and beautiful. The pool was very nice with a gorgeous view! Manoj and Mariana were so quick with responding and I can tell they enjoyed helping. Thank you both 🙏 The Coastal Condo will always have a special place in our hearts! We hope to come again in the future! Here’s some advice to anyone considering booking this Airbnb. Nothing is perfect in life and the best way to enjoy a vacation is to make the best out of it! Yes the AC is a little loud so what we did was we barely had the AC on and enjoyed the beautiful sounds of the birds and the ocean breeze kept the place cool! It was perfect!!!

Our short 3 night stay at Maho Condo was excellent. The space is very clean and small but functional. There are two large closets with plenty of hangers and four drawers of under bed storage. Kitchen: Stocked with glasses, dishes and cutlery as well as appliances like a ninja blender, air fryer and toaster. Bathroom: Rainfall shower with nice pressure, hot water and plenty of towels. They even have darker makeup towels. Misc. Robot vacuum, ironing board, smart tv. Amenities: Fully equipped gym and although we never used the pool it’s a nice size and has plenty of chairs. The onsite security made us feel safe coming and going at night. Location: close to the airport with about a 10 min walk to Maho beach. 5 min drive to Mullet Bay beach. In walking distance to bars/restaurants and the Maho market. We had a car and parked often in the gravel lot across the street. Communication: Great. We got a nice welcome and had an open communication with the hosts should we need anything.

Great clean location with everything you need for an amazing holiday. Plenty of space with open kitchen/ living room concept with a view of ocean and beach. Which coincides with the deck/ patio. We would definitely stay again at “ The French Kiss”.. thanks for the host that kept in contact with us and met us at the property to explain some key details. Loved our stay, the house had everything we needed. The pool area is so serene and beautiful and so many places to relax and take in the views. 10 minute walk to the restaurants and beach, and a quick drive to so many island spots and beaches. We loved it here!

The place was nice exactly as the pictures were presented . They responded fast while I was there . I’d stay again and plan to stay again soon
