Il est au 2ème étage d'un immeuble de standing en tuffeau/bois. Parking des remparts gratuit à 70m. Très bon réseau 4G, box avec fibre. Composé d'un séjour (canapé lit)/cuisine équipée et salle d'eau séparée avec douche et wc. Draps, serviettes, produits de première nécessité fournis.

Small 33 m2 cocoon with tuffeau stones, a living room/kitchen then a bedroom area (dressing room)/1 bathroom with latest generation Swiss ecological toilet (no water, no sawdust, no odor, integrated ventilation system very easy to use). The studio overlooks 1 terrace and 1 end of the garden. Table, chairs, barbecue and deckchairs. All on 1 enclosed plot of 4000 m2, with 1 cottage for 4 people and the owner's farmhouse.
