A really great accommodation with beautiful assets (spa bath, sauna, steam room). The accommodation is located in a quiet and peaceful place (currently under construction but very quiet nonetheless, I was not disturbed by noise). The instructions given were clear and Emmanuel was always reachable if needed. If you want to recharge your batteries a little and be in a small, comfortable cocoon and decorate with taste, go for it!

VERY NICE ACCOMMODATION, VERY CLEAN AND ABOVE ALL QUIET. TONY IS VERY DISCREET. I RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION WITH A LOT OF VISITS LESS THAN 30KM AROUND TO MAKE IT A VERY ARABLE STAY AND RELAXING.

The accommodation is easy to access and very warm, everything is well furnished and well-equipped, the environment is very quiet and the garden is not overlooked. Le Cocon is a fantastic property in the most beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The house itself provided everything we needed and was so cosy. I would recommend staying here in a heartbeat and would love to return. A real haven in the French countryside. The gardens, maze and Shetland ponies were a real highlight. Thomas was a brilliant host and was very responsive to any questions we had.

This stay was a gift for my parents. We had already done this and we had the idea to offer them. Like us , they thought the place was atypical and amazing. A soothing and easy-to-reach place. Very good location, in the heart of the old town and yet, once inside, you can't hear anything. Perfect. Very convenient, very well furnished. The sofa bed is extremely cosy. The stuff fairytales are made of. Staying directly under a castle. The apartment is so well appointed. Bathed in sunlight in the mornings. Spacious & tastefully decorated. Easy 5 min walk to the centre of town. Beautiful walks across the road by the Loire. The castle is an easy 10 min walk to the castle. The apartment feels very safe. The hosts are very friendly, helpful & responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

I had a great time at this place in Angers! The apartment is clean, well decorated, very comfortable and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal: close to the city center, transport and shops. I highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to return on a future visit to Angers!

Arnaud's accommodation is first of all very well located: it is a 15-minute walk from the hypercenter, while being very quiet, safe, with free parking in front. Arnaud is a very welcoming, available, caring and responsive host. The accommodation is very nice, clean and tastefully furnished. It is also easy to maintain and has everything you need. It's perfect for 2 people! I would highly recommend it!!!
