Julien's apartment is AMAZING. Spacious, bright, cozy, with very nice 70s decor. It was a great pleasure to stay here. I was there for a professional stay, and the place was ideal for working but also for relaxing. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is minutes away from the city center. Recommended!

The one-room apartment is really very nice and exceptionally tastefully furnished. You can see that an architect was at work here with attention to detail. We felt very at home for a week and enjoyed Saumur and the surroundings from here. The apartment is fully recommended without restrictions. Only the house entrance and the staircase are unsuitable for people with mobility impairments.

Excellent stay. The apartment is well located for visiting downtown Angers on foot. Free parking 10-15 min walk. Restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is large and very bright. The bed is big and comfortable. We found everything we needed. Beautiful discovery for this place and for the city!

Comfortable and well-equipped

What a finding this was! The place is even more beautiful than the photos! Jordane and Stephane were just the most amazing hosts and the attention to detail in the house was just incredible. The house was probably the most well equipped property we have ever stayed in and the hosts provide lots of little extras which was so helpful. We have fallen in love with the place and we are sure to go back for a longer period. Our only problem was that we were there for two nights and we wished we could have stayed forever!! Thank you Jordane and Stephane for an amazing stay!

We enjoyed a relaxing week here. A quiet rural location surrounded by vineyards but only just beyond the edge of town so a quick drive (or a long walk) gets you into the centre. The flat on the ground floor was spacious, comfortable and well equipped and we were made to feel very welcome. Lots of places to visit as well as the famous chateaux. I particularly recommend the visit to Ackerman winery, not just for the famous sparkling wine but for a stunning art installation in the cave created with fluorescent thread and ultra violet light. A beautiful holiday home, so peaceful, comfortable and chilled out, super family friendly with loads of garden activities and games, a fantastic pool too. Lots to do and see as long as you have a car.

We didn't meet Alexandre, but communication was easy. The atypical accommodation fits the description and the place is quiet. The city center is close for shopping or restaurants.

I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

Very welcoming and responsive hostess. Catherine is always attentive and always present if needed. Regarding the accommodation, it is not only perfectly in line with the photos but also and above all very well located less than a minute from the tram, 15 minutes' walk from the Cathedral and the Castle, 5 minutes from the train station less than a minute from a convenience store. The value for money is more than appropriate and there is everything you need (utensils, etc.). I highly recommend this property without hesitation. And I sincerely thank Catherine for the stay and wish everyone to enjoy it too.

Very good stay at this residence. Very affordable price for a beautiful view of the Chinon fortress. We will come back without hesitation if the opportunity arises
