Myself and my husband were visiting friends in Newstead, and were delighted to find Erin’s studio flat, that was just a few minutes drive away. We really enjoyed how beautifully designed the flat was. This created a calm & cosy space, that was a joy to be in. It was great to be hidden away, but also very close to shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Surrounded by breathtaking countryside. Erin was very helpful & responsive, to any queries we had. I would highly recommend this beautiful flat to anyone visiting the area.

The caravan is situated in a quiet cul de sac with lovely views. The caravan park in general was lovely and very well laid out. We visited the nearby town of Jedburgh using the No.68 bus which stops outside the entrance to the caravan park. I would definitely recommend staying at this caravan park and using Helen's caravan.

Alex and James sent a comprehensive list with everything we needed to know. The directions were perfect and we quickly settled into their homely flat. It had everything we needed and was a perfect location for the wedding we were attending in this beautiful village. Everything was clean and well presented. All the breakfast items were an added bonus, thank you both so much! The flat is located above a small supermarket which was ideal and the famous book shop right next door too. Everyone in the village was so friendly, we loved the location and would definitely recommend Alex and James as hosts.
