Unit 307 NO pet. NO emotional support animal per HOA rule. Walking distance to the most beautiful, quiet beach along this stretch. Close to everything, centrally-located place. Salt rock grill restaurant 1 block away. Mini-golf course next door. Hot tub, pool, dry sauna room. AC: DO NOT TURN AC TO BELOW 70. Line condensation may cause vent blockage.
