Everything was perfect. I was especially impressed with the view, the comfort, and the privacy. Being able to have my coffee in peace, or even to unwind in front on the tv, after a day of activities, meant the world to me. I would definitely come back just to enjoy that beautiful, quiet space. Worth every penny.❤️

I give it a 10* the place was very close to everything and everywhere I wanted to go and it was nice and cozy, my family and I were very pleased with the place, I would definitely recommend and want to stay there again whenever I am in the area.

A very perfect stay in the middle of the trip. The house is located in a very quiet area with lots of good Asian restaurants nearby and not far from the highway. The room was cozy and well appointed. Overall it was great!

Our stay at Suzette's was immaculate. Her two dogs were so incredibly friendly and it was a pleasure to chat with Suzette and Clarence briefly, both so welcoming. The water pressure was great, neighborhood was quiet and safe, and check-in/out was so simple. You really cannot ask for a better AirBnB and it was certainly one of our best stays on the platform. We'd love to return!

Great little place for someone who just needs a place to shower and sleep. No kitchen but there is a small fridge and microwave. The private patio is cozy and beautiful. I am definitely staying there again whenever I go to LA!

The stay was perfect, a great space and everything very clean. Stan was super kind, gave all the information and was always available.

We had a lovely time staying here. We enjoyed peaceful mornings eating breakfast on the patio listening to the birds chirping and flitting around, sometimes joined by a very friendly kitty cat, beautiful neighborhoods to walk around nearby, incredible sunsets, and delicious oranges from the orange tree that we only discovered on the last day.

It was a great place to stay for a couple nights! the TV was a huge plus and it was quiet. bathroom and kitchen amenities were clean and wasn’t too small!

Shanna’s place was gorgeous and we enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing Place. Would Stay Again

This place was awesome, loved all the helpful amenities, super clean and peaceful and private, loved the pool on hot days! Would definitely be coming back here !

Alissa’s place is in an incredibly nice neighborhood with easy access to Hollywood. The home itself is incredibly clean and the daybed is exquisite.

The studio was very stylish and cozy. Everything was easy to find and accessible. I did notice the place would shake from time to time. It think it’s due to the freeway behind the studio when 18 wheelers drive by. Other than that our stay was great and highly recommend this place to everyone.

Amazing! Our stay at Diane’s place was nothing short of a blessing. We needed some flexibility on the back end of our trip and she was so accommodating. The Garottage was super comfortable, we felt safe and right at home. 10/10!

Dan's place is a gem. Absolutely a great find. This was my first time in LA so I wasn't sure what to expect. We were welcomed with a bowl of melons. Much needed on a nice summer day. Thanks, Dan! The room is spacious and very comfortable. Loved open windows as we get light breeze throughout the day. We didn't explore much in this neighborhood. We drove to other places. WiFi worked great for my work. Overall, we had a great time. I am definitely going to look for this place when I come back to LA next time.

A quiet, beautiful place. So glad we stayed here. It was very easy all around. Street parking, kind host… clean and the bed was very comfortable. I love the layout of this place, the kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Coffeeeee was supplied, everything is nicely marked… it checked all of the boxes. A big thumbs up!!!

Absolutely incredible stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This Airbnb had everything I needed and then some. Super clean, peaceful, and perfectly stocked with all the essentials. The space was cozy, comfortable, and exactly what I needed to reset and recharge. Ida was a fantastic host, responsive, thoughtful, and made everything effortless. We had a really great stay at Myrna & Bruce’s place! It was a hot few days, but the AC unit was up to the challenge thankfully. We loved the private quiet neighborhood, and the easy access to everything we had to do in North Hills, Malibu, and Westlake Village. The hosts were quick to respond to a few questions I had, also I must mention how clean the place was, and how lovely and plush the towels all were. Would stay again! Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay! This place has everything you need and the location was perfect. We loved the king size bed, kitchen space, water bottles they left for us in the fridge, and the sweet backyard area. My husband, toddler and myself had a very comfortable stay! They even had some kids games/books, a pack n play and high chair for him to use! They had baby bath wash as well. So sweet and responsive to any needs. We didn’t need to ask for anything because they thought of everything!! Would be very happy to stay here again in the future! Thank you!!

Cozy little apartment with lovely outdoor space, comfortable bed with quality linens, kitchen area had everything we needed. Strong shower and WiFi. Easy to find, centrally located, close to attractions, etc. Very clean, well equipped, and quiet. We’d definitely stay again. Thank you.

A great place and Allan was a great host. Very clean, spacious and full of everything you need. A very quiet neigborhood, and just a a block away from Ralphs, Target, and a very short drive to beach. Allan made the stay very easy and comfortable.
