Thank you so much Charles and Ruthie for sharing your cozy guest home with us and your southern hospitality! The setting is so picturesque, serene and peaceful; and the added personal touch of Ruthie’s welcoming chocolate chip cookies was very special! The residence is located within a short drive to the many scenic waterfall hiking trails that my wife and I enjoy!

What a great place!!! It was more like a retreat, than a stay. Absolutely beautiful & peaceful. The home itself was very clean, comfortable, yet still had everything needed, and then some. You can tell that thought was behind what items are shared & placement, which makes it feel like home. I messaged several times with questions and responses were always quick and nice. If there would have been a hammock, I may not have left! The only thing I would note, would be that if someone is in other tiny home, you do lose a little privacy if outside, as they share an open space. However, in that setting, I can't see it as a problem. Definitely a great place and I will return!

What a beautiful space in paradise. My wife and I came up for a long weekend and were able to rest and relax! It is just far enough away from town yet close enough to enjoy the fruits of Signal Mountain. Highly recommend, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Heathers upstairs apartment was perfect for our family of 4 - one toddler and one infant (4 and 18 months). The open area was great for them to play and the blow up mattress and pack and play made travel for us a breeze. Heather was super helpful and responsive and made us feel very welcome! We’ll definitely be staying again when we visit friends up on Signal Mountain!
