We had a great time staying at Alessandro’s place - great that he was so flexible with checking in and out and he was very responsive if we had any questions. Perfectly little apartment in Hackney

The accomodation is really nice. It is good located. In a victorian style small terrace house, with an appropriate atmosphere. Loved it.

A great place. The terrace is fantastic. Watching the sun go down at night was so peaceful. A wonderful place to stay.

What is there to say about Freya’s place that hasn’t already been said in the reviews? The flat is adorable, perfectly located, and so immaculately decorated. We had all the amenities we needed in order to have several dinners in the flat, and it was so wonderfully located that we were able to picnic in Victoria Park as well. We enjoyed coffee each morning with the windows wide open and each evening we sipped wine at the bench table. The claw footed bathtub was a wonderful bonus, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you, Freya!

We had a great stay at Jah's studio flat in Hackney! We were arriving late so the self check-in with clear instructions from Jah made things a lot easier for us. On arrival, the studio was well presented, clean and tidy. It's in a great location for transport links with a bus stop right outside and an overground station a 2 minute walk away. There are a couple of grocery shops near by which were good for picking up snacks etc and a cafe next door, which was great for coffee in the morning. The only thing to be aware of was the noise from neighbours, the busy street and a rail bridge above, but for the reasonable price, this doesn't change my review of the property.

Had a nice stay at Justin's place. Tidy, comfortable, and quiet, despite the busy location.

Kristina was a great host, very flexible, responsive and helpful. I rented the place for my parents and they had a great experience. We had a small issue with the heating which Kristina very promptly resolved. The place was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. The balcony had a great view, and it was walking distance from a great local park. Overall a great stay.

Supernice flat in quiet part of Hackney. Great balcony with view, close to good pubs, overground, markets and cozy London Fields area.

What a beautiful home. Felt relaxed as soon as we popped the cases down and popped the kettle on. Two very comfortable sized and comfy bedrooms and a bright, clean and sizable bathroom. The main living area was as seen in the photos, loved the array of books and record player was just an added bonus. Kitchen area had all you need for cooking, so don't worry about bringing anything. Abigail was such an attentive host, checking in to make sure we were not in need of anything. Thank you for making our stay in London more enjoyable. Would recommend without reservation!

I absolutely loved my stay in Valeria’s apartment! Lots of nice amenities, the bathtub was a highlight. Great location, near many good restaurants. I highly recommend!

Anna’s Flat was the perfect place for our New Years Holiday in London. The flat is spacious, spotless and great amenities. Will for sure rent again when back in London.

The apartment is exactly as described and looks like the pics. It's well-equipped and is excellent value for money. It's in a secure building and close to shops, restaurants etc. The terrace is lovely and super peaceful, so it really does feel like you're away from the bustle of city life.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Harry’s place was perfect for us! It felt like we were staying in a cool friend’s home, with musical instruments, board games, great books, and everything (and more) that we needed to prepare meals at home. My daughters had chosen the place because they knew it was a great location at a reasonable price (for London). I made good use of nearby Homerton Station to get around town to spend time with my daughters. Harry’s house felt like our home away from home!

The flat is in walking distance to a lot of places including Greenwich and close to bus and train services. it is close to a plethora of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Antonio was responsive to any questions that I had during and before my stay within a short time. The flat is near to my family, so I'll definitely keep him in mind for future stays. The place is clean and very bright. The location is a short walk to Angel or Shoreditch. I’d highly recommend it.

I absolutely loved this location. It was a beautiful space with incredible views of London. Close walk to the underground to take you to central London.

How to start?? I would highly recommend Charles' place! When you get there and go up the stairs, you might think it's not going to be good. However, when you open the door you'll be taken back as to how beautiful his place is!! I felt right at home! Charles had wine, milk, OJ, bread and eggs. The sleigh bed was not only comfy but so pretty. He had great darkening curtains which also serve as a divider from the living room. The shower was welcoming. If I come back to London, I'd stay at Charles' place!

John is a fantastic host-he went above and beyond and was extremely responsive to messages. We couldn’t work out the cooker (the timer needs to be set) and John was helping out despite the late time of messaging. We loved the recommended Sushi restaurant. The views from the apartment are amazing-we loved just popping out on the balcony. Location wise it was ideal. The main station Blackwall is a short walk away (6 ish mins) and the nearest underground Canary Wharf is around 20 mins which served us well. 😊

We had an amazing stay at Anvar's place and would highly recommend this place. The location is great - just a short walk to everything in the daytime and the neighborhood was quiet and safe at night. The flat is exactly as described - even better and larger actually. It provided us with everything for a comfortable stay. Thank you Anvar for being such a wonderful host.

Lisa was a very welcoming.We turned up a little early so Lisa recommended a coffee shop to enable the apartment to be prepared. The apartment was clean and tidy and Lisa provided a few essentials to get us started eg bread/milk. Communication was excellent and we used her recommendations for local pubs eg The Cutty Sark and the visit to Greenwich Park. We were here to attend a concert at the o2 and location for this was good 25/30 mins walk. Overall perfect place for our needs.

Great location - the apartment was in excellent condition, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Silvia who checked me in and showed me the facilities (spa facilities, lovely swimming pool, gym,...) was lovely. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Having stayed with StarHost before, I can confidently say their service remains outstanding. I'll definitely book this place again in the future when in London.
