We were in a bit of a pinch arranging last-minute travel for my elderly parents, and Kevin and Nancy were incredibly accommodating. The home was absolutely pristine—spotless, comfortable, full of kitschy cuteness, and exactly what was needed. Their kindness and responsiveness made all the difference. We’re so grateful they opened their doors to us when we needed it most. Highly recommend!

A Wonderful place to stay while we were visiting family in the area. The beds were very comfortable, the decor charming and the horses made the stay extra special for our family. Thomas was an exceptional host, very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to be back soon!

This place is impeccable. The pictures doesn't do it justice. The view is jaw dropping. We spent 2 hours just sitting by the pool, talking about the view. The space is cozy, and welcoming. And the kitchenette allowed us to cook full meals. We love to travel, and have stayed at many bnb's. This one is defenetly in our top 5.

Larry's bnb is truly a gem. The unit has more than enough amenities. The outdoor is scenic and the view of the arkansas river is incredible. Larry always checked on us and gave us helpful instructions and recommendations. We had no issues during our stay. Would absolutely recommend!
