Monthly Rentals in Livingston

Very cozy home, super clean, just like the pictures but better. My son had so much fun on the pedal boat fishing. Having a place out front for our dog was accommodating and let us relax as well. She has everything you could possibly “what if” need for your stay, we will definitely be keeping this ace in our back pocket when we are passing through again!

Everything was great! It was very peaceful, the lake was beautiful, and it was easy to get to. I really enjoyed fishing in the lake. The owners are friendly. The cottage had everything I needed to enjoy a nice weekend getaway. I would definitely recommend it for anyone planning on staying in the area!

this has been the best place i’ve stayed in so far. i felt very safe since it’s a lil bit out in the country. (close enough to the city getting to our concert was easy and getting back was easier.) very cozy just as described! property is very dark at night but they have plenty of lights to help out. they had left anything you could possibly as for out for you to grab. my absolute favorite part was the animals that surround the house. you could not hear them inside and i only heard the chickens slightly in the morning. (probably hungry lol). overall exactly what you would want and expect from the listing!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is absolutely beautiful and we really appreciated all the person touches they has around the house. It blew us away that the owner Dennis and his brother built the house, with a very impressive architectural design in just 1 year. Joan made the absolutely beautiful stained glass windows, and the amazing paintings on the wall were painted by their daughter and Joan's brother! We could really tell they love that house and they take very good care of it. The kids had so much fun playing pool, ping pong and watching movies in the basement. They also had a great time outside swinging on the tree swings and looking at the cows. My son left his blanket ( which is his lifeline) and Joan was kind enough to let me know that she had found it and even washed it and set it out for us to come back and get it. I really appreciated that.
