Monthly Rentals in Little Hunters Beach

Quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful. A great place to relax after the crowds in Bar Harbor and Acadia. We would definitely stay here again. I loved the room layout where we could be in different rooms and not see each other. For an introvert, it was great! We learned from experience not to leave dirty dishes on the counter. When we came back, the countertops were covered in ants. The ants continued but only a few at a time, and even that did not discourage us from the rest of the place! The stairs are tricky to navigate because they are so small/short, but we got used to it. Also, for anyone needing the bathroom in the middle of the night, be aware that the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. If you want a nice, quiet neighborhood, this is the place!

Donald was a great host! He offered us recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops and trails/hikes in Acadia! The location was perfect - right by a quiet beach and next to an entrance for Acadia National Park. Will be staying with Donald again when we make our way back to Acadia.

Sweet little house was perfect for our family and vacation to Mount Desert Island. Convenient access to Acadia NP, Bar Harbor, and any place else we wanted to go, but much quieter than being in Bar Harbor. House and kitchen was well stocked and Emily was extremely pleasant and welcoming.

We had a lovely couple days celebrating our anniversary. James’s place was a perfect home-base for exploring Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. It was private but still fairly close to things. The space was clean, and all basics were provided. We would recommend this place to others.
