Located next to a large shopping complex and only down the road from Southern Cross University. Centrally located to Lismore 5 mins, Ballina and Lennox 20 mins and Bryon 40 mins away. Come and explore the beautiful environs of the Northern Rivers. Pets are welcome, just check with me first before booking. However, they are not allowed inside the room.

Welcome to "High On The Hill" This fully self contained studio room has everything you need, a quaint little kitchen, bathroom with luxurious large bath, private porch with stunning views, close to transport and shops, centrally located between stunning National Parks 15min and beautiful beaches 30 min, Byron Bay is an hour. The room is located directly under the main house and has its own access Currently not pet friendly as we have fostered a rescue puppy until it finds its forever home.

Your studio apartment is completely self contained and not under the same roof as my house . You have your own entrance door and exclusive use of a section of the timber deck . The space is lockable via the one entry door and security lights are installed outside . The setting is on a forested hill , but only minutes by car from Lismore’s CBD . Next door is a park that is home to many birds and the occasional koala . There is also off street parking for your caravan and or motorhome .

Eltham Valley Farm

Our Tiny Home is located in Eltham on a 12 acre farm in the lush Byron Hinterland. What you get up to during the day is totally up to you, go hiking, swim in a waterfall, play a round of golf at Teven Valley, explore the local beaches, shops, cafés and eateries of Clunes, Bangalow, Lennox, Newrybar and Byron Bay. Enjoy a meal at the renowned Eltham Pub - they will even pick you up at the door! Soak in the out door tub or sit by the fire with a good book and be alone with your thoughts!

This is a great stopover for travellers or a perfect weekend getaway and is conveniently located on the main road between Bangalow and Lismore. It is a very relaxing space surrounded by lush manicured gardens and is only 20 min from Bangalow, 35 min to Byron Bay and 8 mins to Lismore. Our local convenience store stocks takeaway food, barista coffee and an extensive variety of local products and is located less than 2 mins up the road. It also offers a post office and bottleshop.
