Great location, perfect for exploring Bath and surrounding countryside. 2 very comfortable ensuite bedrooms with king size beds. Open plan stairs into the loft bedroom. Quiet, small cul de sac lane. Parking for one car in front of cottage. One mile walk into central Bath and lovely local scenic country walks. Small park with children’s playground at the end of the lane, 30 seconds away. Coop and deli 2 mins walk away.

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill but there are regular buses and the hop on and off Sight-Seeing bus stops too. Sit out in the kitchen garden space with fruit trees trained up the trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Co-op and a Deli are a short walk away in the village.

A peaceful cottage for independent living, light, airy and in the country with plenty of secure parking. Pipehouse is a pretty hamlet and is ideally placed to discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Oxford, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, the Jurassic Coast, Wells and Cheddar. My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. There is a 2 night minimum requirement at weekends (ie: Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday) between 1st May and 2nd January each year.

New, modern space that lets in the sun! Great location for Bath, Bradford on Avon and the local countryside. This is a self-contained 'guest wing' as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (kingsize bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. You have your own private entrance with lockbox for the key but we are just next door if you need to ask us any advice or need to borrow any further amenities.

It is located in the beautiful Georgian village of Freshford which lies at the junction of the Frome and Avon valleys in the southern Cotswolds. There are some wonderful walks to local pubs following the riverside and canals. All just 15 minutes from Bath by car but the secret of this location is the 9 minute train journey to Bath from the village station, just a short stroll from the cottages.
