TV with DVD/Video/Stereo Quiet seaside setting .100 meters to safe swimming beach .Southend is central to great south east tourist attractions, such as the Coonawarra and Mt Benson wine regions, Volcanic crater lakes including the Blue Lake, Naracoorte Caves and diving caves. Close to other popular beaches such as Robe and Beachport. Southend is adjacent to the Canunda National Park for 4WD enthusiasts. Southend is perfect for fishing, sailing, swimming or just lazing on the beach. A surf beach is situated between Southend and Beachport. Southend has a small shop that is licensed and sells basic groceries. It has a takeaway fish and chip shop open weekends (6 days during summer).There is a local community club open weekends (open for meals in summer).Restaurants and other shopping is available in Beachport and Millicent, both a short drive away. We would like to stress this property is our own beach house. It is not resort standard accommodation. There isn't any air conditioning only fans and basic heating. Our pricing reflects this. It should be viewed as a comfortable base for exploring the area and other activities : fishing, boating, surfing and 4 wheel driving.

Pelican Point is a peaceful beach town 25 minutes from Mount Gambier. Our secluded little town is the perfect place to get away from it all. We love our little beach shack and hope you will too. With the beach at your doorstep it's impossible not to feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. Main shopping is at Mount Gambier, but Carpenters Rocks general store is 2 minutes away. Gorgeous, Seafront, Central - 1928 light blue bungalow overlooking the jetty and foreshore playground. The Beach House provides comfortable and cosy seaside accommodation for couples or families. Stunning views and beach access at your front door. Pets Welcome. There is a Studio at the rear of the property that is listed separately which is great to combine for larger groups. Both listing are private, fully self contained and only share the driveway.

Lovely new 3 bedroom ground floor apartment, just across the road from the beach and boat ramp. Great for kayaking fishing swimming etc or just relaxing with a book. Kitchen is fully equipped, laundry has washing machine and dryer. There is a carport and plenty of room out the back for parking an extra car or boat. Portland is 12 k and Mount Gambier is about an hours drive.
