Perfect for two, but can accommodate four (2 sofa beds) if needed. Private yard, two terraces, wood-burning sauna, barbecue area and fully equipped kitchen. Bicycles can be borrowed and the beach is 2.5 km away. Great choice for a vacation or business trip. Note! The nearest shop or restaurant is not just around the corner, so bring snacks and delicacies – here you can enjoy in peace.

The midcentury farmhouse is very much in it's original glory with only the basic modern amenities added for comfort like hot water supply, AC and WIFI. We highly recommend Katariina's place! What a beautiful and magical place we have discovered, a pure connection with the Finnish nature and its culture. Katariina made us feel right at home, showed us everything we needed to know and was always available if needed. Big plus for the extra surprise with Katariina's cute chihuahua pack. From there all we had to do was to relax in nature, enjoy sauna with a beautiful forest view, eat outside on the beautiful terrace. Big surprise for us, Katariina had 2 bikes to share which allowed us to discover way more than planned, including a delicious restaurant near by in an old manor. This was an unforgettable experience for us and we are already looking forward to coming back.

Everything went well with the host. Good instructions for arrival and parking. Free parking nearby is really good. Arriving late at night was easy, as access with codes was easy. The location of the apartment is great, close to the riverbank and easily accessible when arriving in the city. Grocery stores and all the most important services and sights of Porvoo are within walking distance. The apartment was really clean and had everything you needed. In addition, there was a small snack and coffee, which was also a plus. I recommend and will stay again if needed. Thank you Peter!

This was a great place for my friends and I to relax and enjoy the peaceful views and sauna. The home is very modern and clean with good amenities. Located in a small community of other modern homes, it does not offer as much privacy as one might expect based on the photos, but the location is safe and convenient with great views. The smart home features are interesting, but you can easily end up locking yourself out of the home and some of the tech was more hassle than benefit. The hosts were very responsive with questions and overall it was a great stay and would recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay, the location is very beautiful with rocky scenery and a small sand beach, and very easily accessible by car from Helsinki. The cottage had everything we needed, we really enjoyed our time there!

This was our second time at this location and already planning the third visit for later in the year. Ulla is an amazing host, very responsive and so lovely and friendly. The house is wonderful. Peaceful, quiet, the wood burning sauna is amazing and the lake was refreshing. We are definitely coming back again!
