Great stay, responsive host, top location, we were in the unit upstairs, so quiet and well kept. Clean, and beds are super comfortable.

We stayed here as a quick getaway with family from out of town. Elizabeth's place was so cute and welcoming. It was a perfect size for us 4 and very spacious. Excellent location, lots of parking, walkable to all the local eateries, and especially the beach and Marina. My sister and niece had the best time here from AZ and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend Elizabeth's place.

This place was great and they thought of everything I would’ve needed. Comfy bed and bedding with lots of pillows! Convenient outlets for charging. Several mirrors including a full length mirror. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Privacy- I really only saw them once or twice. The place is right on the bus line which was super easy to use. I enjoyed my time and would recommend. As a solo woman traveler I felt safe in the neighborhood.

Absolutely Perfect Stay in the Heart of Newport Beach! We had an incredible experience at this stunning 2 bed/2 bath luxury condo. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space is beautifully designed—modern, clean, and spacious, with high-end finishes and thoughtful touches throughout. Each bedroom was incredibly comfortable, and having two  bathrooms made it perfect for us. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Newport Beach. We were just minutes away from the beach, great restaurants, charming cafes, local parks, and boutique shops. Whether we were heading out for a beach day, grabbing coffee, or exploring the area, everything was super convenient and walkable. The host was also fantastic—responsive, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. We felt well taken care of and right at home. If you’re looking for a stylish,comfortable and centrally located place to stay in Newport Beach, this is it. We would absolutely book again.
