Great Location - house extremely well stocked - house was very clean & bright - house layout was fantastic for our family of 12 persons - great kitchen for cooking - street side parking was always close by and convenient - It worked very well for us - 👍👍

Had a great stay! Perfect location, just one street away from the beach and the pier. Todd was very communicative. There was an issue with the garage during our stay and Todd took care of it very quickly and had clear communication through it all. We had an exceptional experience! Fits 4 people maximum. The two sofa beds unfortunately weren’t very comfy and could’ve used a mattress pad! Luckily, after a day on the beach we were so tired that it didn’t really affect our sleep.

Fantastic stay at the Marvel house!! It was amazing with such great theming, lots to do, great scavenger hunt, and a super host! You must stay here and the grand kids loved the arcade games, heated pool, and movie room,etc…too much to mention….

Scott’s place was perfect for our family - with dogs and a toddler. The place was close to the park for walking the dogs plus a playground for our toddler. The house has ample space inside and out. It was easy to find and it was located on a not busy road, but it was close to the beach and a coffee shop. It was a great stay for Newport Beach!

Great place to stay for our Beach/Disney vacation. Just a block from the beach and 25 minutes to the parks. And everyone at HappiTravels was helpful— answered our questions and were there when we called.

Ann was very easy to communicate with and her place was nice and clean. My family and I had a great time staying at her place!

This was a great place to stay, close to grocery stores and the beach and it only took half hour to get to Disneyland. They had AC in the general area of the house and a washer and dryer and a great kitchen. And great bedrooms. Our host Adam was amazing and super Duper Responsive when we when we communicated with him super helpful. It was easy to find and not too far off the freeway. Would recommend staying here plus you have a parking space where a parking is at a premium in LA.

Great stay! There is everything you could possibly need for a beach stay. Pam was so helpful and had lots of good suggestions. The location was perfect. Just a block and a half from the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. Bed was super comfy and the space was perfect. Didn’t use the patio much but that also was a nice addition. Will def be staying again!!

Roger was an excellent host. He communicated great and his home had everything you’d need for the beach. The beach house was in a great location with everything you need in walking distance. Thanks Roger and Family.

A quaint little house, with a short walk to the beach. The area is beautiful to walk and close to restaurants. Great stay.

Our first impression when we drove up to our entrance meet our expectations. The garage, walkway and entrance was clean and welcoming. Easy access into all spaces. The apartment was clean, spacious and was full of natural light. Loved the fans that kept the space cool. The kitchen had everything we needed. A big thank to our hosts. They were able to give us access early access and were responsive when we had questions. If they would have us again, we would love to come back. ❤️

Joseph and Lisa were very responsive and kind! Their home accurately represented the photos and listing. We really enjoyed the outdoor balcony for the sunset. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were in pristine condition. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and the complimentary welcome snacks and coffee machine. We will be back! :)

The place has a nice environment and was generally comfortable. Parking was easy, which was a big plus. However, getting in was a bit tricky — you have to enter through the balcony, which was a little complicated. It also takes a few minutes for the hot water to come on in the shower, and the water pressure is just average. I recommend bringing your own shampoo and body wash, as the provided toiletries had a strong, unpleasant smell and didn’t seem to be good quality, so we didn’t use them.

This little place was perfect for my family. Super cute and clean. Had everything we needed and was close to everything!

This unit within Hamilton Cove has been our best vacation yet. The views from the balcony were stunning. The entire unit felt clean and was very spacious for me and my now wife. The golf kart was a plus - it was a short 5-8 minute ride into downtown. Hosts were responsive. Definitely will be coming back to stay here again!!

Sharon’s Newport Airbnb was the perfect getaway with stunning views and a comfortable family vibe… perfect for the 6 of us… The beds made for a great night’s rest, and the place had everything we needed. Being able to easily park 2 vehicles was a huge plus. And, place is within walking distance of many conveniences including a deli and pharmacy.

Amazing location, loved our stay here, would come back.

My family and I have an amazing stay here in this beautiful home. Kristi was so quick with responses to any questions. We will definitely be returning.

Tiffany is an incredible host. She is easy to communicate with and was proactive informing you of what to expect, easy instructions both checking in and out, as well as recommendations. She answered any questions I had in a timely matter to. The golf cart is a great addition as well to easily get to Avalon. Bottom line up front everything was very simple so that my girlfriend and I were able to fully enjoy our stay on the island. The villa was beautiful just like the pictures. It was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I highly recommend booking with Tiffany at her villa in Hamilton Cove. Just a heads up if you’re going to eat on the balcony don’t leave any food unattended for a second or the birds will swoop it. They’re watching and waiting for an opportunity. Happened to me lol. Thank you again Tiffany for making our trip so much easier to enjoy.

Very clean. Location was fantastic (less than 5 min walk to the beach). Especially loved how the place has plenty of beach chairs.

The place was great! Perfect location close to the bay, beach and park for the kids. Cindi was super responsive and helpful when we needed it!

This place was very nice. The building was amazing and I enjoyed all the antique qualities about it and the friendly tenants. There were so many extra touches left for us. Close to everything, but that also meant that it was very loud at night until things settled. We were there on a long weekend though. I would stay there again without hesitation. The team stayed at a hotel and this beat it by far. Megan was amazing and responded within minutes. so, so nice!
