Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement si joliment décoré avec un équipement très complet. Les instructions pour y accéder était très claire , l’emplacement était parfait à quelques arrêts de tramway du polygone et de la comédie . Cécile et Sam sont des hôtes très réactifs.

Perfectly contained stylish apartment! Ideal for our short stay in Montpellier. Equipped with everything we needed and just a short walk from the picturesque square and a fantastic tapas bar ‘Times’’. A friendly and communicative host, we would happily stay here again!

J'ai adoré cet apart. Il y a plein d'espace, les meubles et lit - très confortables et propres. Le salle de bains spacieux et propre. WC propre. Les machines à linge sont très convenients, faciles à utiliser, savon fourni. C'est à 5 min à pied du tram, 15 min à pied de la gare St-Roch, ~15 min de la Place de la Comedie, 5 min à pied de beaucoup de petits commerces et restaus/cafés, 20 min à pied de la Fac de Medicine. A part des voisins qui se servait joyeusement de leur terrasse jusqu'à minuit, c'était très tranquille et sans bruit pendant la nuit. La seule chose un peu difficile c'était la chaleur, surtout la nuit. Comme les fenetres se trouvait seulement à la hauteur d'une personne, et ne connaissant pas le quartier, je ne me sentais pas tout à fait sûre de laisser les volets completement ouverts pendant la nuit, et il faisait 35+ pendant la journée. Mais je pense qu'en fait j'aurais pu les laissé ouverts sans problème. Merci pour un très bon et agreable séjour!

Unser Aufenthalt in Ugos Apartment war ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Ugo war super. Wenn wir wieder in Montpellier sind, werden wir wieder hierher kommen.

l'appartement est agréable et calme. les instructions permettent d'être autonomes, avec un stationnement plutôt facile.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral im neuen Viertel Port Marianne. In der Nähe findet man einen Supermarkt, gute Restaurants und die Tram Station in die Altstadt ist um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Audrey hat uns beim Checkin alles bestens und sehr freundlich erklärt.

The apartment has great character with funky decor and a chair swing that was a hit with our daughter. Plenty of space to spread out, plus a large bathroom downstairs. The location is unbeatable: two blocks from the train station and parking, with amazing restaurants and shopping right at your doorstep. The major challenge is the five flights of stairs. Hauling luggage up was tough for us, so I'd mainly recommend this for younger travelers. And the single AC unit cooled the downstairs bedroom adequately but barely reached the top floor. Despite these drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay. The stellar location made up for the quirks.

What a fantastic place! Top floor of an apartment right in the heart of Montpellier with restaurants, bars, bakeries, stores - pretty much everything within minutes. Being on the top and with a good size balcony was really what made this place special. We had breakfast daily on the balcony and then a nightcap after our day’s adventures looking at the lights of the city. Having the bed up in the loft made the place feel even bigger. AC worked fine and communication with Chihab and Melissa was great. We’d definitely come back here and stay for a longer time.

The house is just amazing! It's big and comfortable, has any kitchenware you could ever need to prepare any dinner imaginable and even more! The garden is simply beautiful, our cat was beyond happy to explore every corner of it. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was already too cold to swim, but it adds to the beauty of the garden and we just enjoyed sitting by it in the sun. Thank you Jean-Philippe and Brigitte, for this amazing place. We will be happy to return some day!

Belle et grande maison, parfaite pour visiter facilement Montpellier. Propre et bien décorée, elle convenait parfaitement à notre groupe de 6. La climatisation et le stationnement facile étaient définitivement des atouts ! Nous recommandons vivement !

Beau logement avec une place de parking juste devant la porte, des chambres spacieuses, un salon/sam joliment decoré, une cuisine moderne agréable et bien équipée. Et pour se détendre, de la lecture et un petit jardinet où l'on peut manger ou se prélasser. Pas loin de tout, 20 minutes à pied de la place de la comédie (ou en tram), à 15 min du port Marianne. Manuel, l'hôte est sympa, les instructions claires. Je recommande vivement.

We had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room to relax. It wasn't warm enough to use the pool, but the area around the pool and terrace was very inviting and comfortable.

Myself, my partner and our child had a great stay in Gregory’s apartment. It looked exactly like the photos and was really clean. It was well connected and in a great location. Gregory was a great and friendly host and gave lots of recommendations to make sure we made the most of trip. We’d definitely stay here again!

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen. Wir konnten von der Unterkunft aus viele verschiedene Locations schnell und einfach erreichen. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig. Christophe war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps für die Nähe gegeben. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte viele Utensilien. Auch der geteilte Garten war sehr schön und lud zur Entspannung ein. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen, danke nochmal Christophe.

Magnifique Villa, agréable et spacieuse, conçue et décorée avec goût: du mobilier et des équipements haut de gamme, de l'espace et un cadre impeccable. Les hôtes ont étés d'une réactivité et flexibilité rare, particulièrement appréciées dans le cadre de notre location à des fins professionnelles. un bien exceptionnel!

Nous avons passé merveilleux sejour dans ce logement, très bon rapport qualité prix , une vue direct sur la mer, les enfants aussi ont adorées, nous reviendrons dès ue possible. Famille Beretta.

Excellent appartement avec tous le confort nécessaire et des équipements de qualité. logement très calme et particulièrement bien situé. le parking privé est un plus indéniable dans un environnement urbain à parcmètre. une fois la voiture rangée dans son box tout se fait à pieds à Montpellier ou en tram. Fabien a été un hôte disponible et agréable. Nous recommandons cette très bonne adresse.

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Stéphane ! Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description, très propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. Stéphane a été un hôte accueillant, disponible et très réactif, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. We had a wonderful stay at Thomasina's apartment. Truly one of the most beautiful places we have stayed at. The gardens and pool are delightful. The apartment is very well equipped, super clean and Thomasina was very welcoming and helpful with ther explanations and information. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in a beautiful place.

Magnifique séjour. Emplacement exceptionnel les pieds dans l'eau avec une vue splendide. Appartement grand confort avec tout ce qu'il faut. Rien ne manque. Tout est bien pensé. Literie de très bonne qualité encore mieux qu'à la maison . Propreté irréprochable, vraiment bravo. Un grand merci pour ce séjour. Nous étions trop bien. Nous avons passé un très bon week end appartement très bien placé proche centre ville et FISE avec parking souterrain, climatisation dans salon et chambre.
