We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was great. Only downside, only the living room is air-conditioned and not the apartment as mentioned in the listing.

We had a great time at Florian and Estefania's. The apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The residence is very quiet and everything is within walking distance, beaches and shops. There is enough to cook and a beautiful terrace for relaxing evenings. We will keep this address for our weekends at the sea.

Excellent stay. Complete apartment, sufficient and above all everything is accessible without a car. Lots of amenities next door and restaurants. Beach 5 min walk and it's quiet and clean.

We had a very good week in this bright and roomy apartment while discovering the fun and charm of old town Montpellier. The location, right next to the train station, was excellent. We could walk almost everywhere or take a convenient tram. Lidija gave us a warm welcome (we ate the first night at a fantastic restaurant she recommended.) A car is somewhat of a liability in this location, street parking is available but only for a few hours at a time, and a bit difficult to find. There is parking available at the station but it is quite expensive. All in all, the apartment was modern, clean, spacious and comfortable and we would return without hesitation.

We had a great time out of the summer season. Very good contact and exchange with Christophe who welcomed us very warmly upon arrival. Perfect accommodation for a couple with a child, the shaded terrace adds a + to the accommodation. The direct proximity to the beach is really appreciated. I highly recommend this listing. Great house with brilliant outdoor space, was more than big enough for our group of 7. Peaceful quiet neighbourhood, really easy to get the tram into the city, and Loic was very easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions.

A good place to get away even for an evening! I was working in Montpellier and felt like I was on vacation. The beach 2 steps away with a good swim allowed me to disconnect and enjoy an evening with my partner. The village center is a 10-minute walk away, we didn't even use the car. Bliss!

We came as a group of 4 with 2 small children and were pleasantly surprised by the very nice layout of this apartment which overlooks the port directly but in the quiet part. The beach is a 5-minute walk. A family beach that I recommend with children. The apartment has everything you need to have a good time. A superb Italian shower of beautiful volume and a patio with a shower for the feet full of sand (great idea) and a table for eating meals. Aline is very kind and super responsive and especially if she can, as far as possible, arrange your check-in and check-out times. Highly recommend this apartment. Don't hesitate to go.

Very pleasant stay. Very nice accommodation with blue decor, cheerful and bright. Faithful to the description and photos. All the hosts we met were very nice!! Small downside: the building's exterior maintenance really leaves something to be desired.

The welcome is very friendly. Thanks to SOPHANI, very efficient. Still happy with the accommodation we had already occupied in January 2024. The apartment is spacious, well arranged and clean in terms of dishes, living rooms and comfortable bedding. The nice thing is that everything can be done on foot. Shops nearby, not to mention the beach a few meters away. The terrace is spacious and bright which allows us not to necessarily go to the beach.

Small gem right next to the beach, the apartment is very functional (there were 4 of us), the terrace with barbecue is just great. Access to the beach is in less than 2 minutes, it's really great with children. We highly recommend it!

On a business trip to Montpellier, Carole and Bastien's apartment was a haven of peace after work. The place was very clean and as shown in the photos, the directions were very clear. The sea view on one side and the pond view on the other is just beautiful. Perfect location to run in the morning and go swimming before going to work. Wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thanks again.
