We had a great stay, Ian was very responsive and helpful with any issues we had - great location, very close to Piccadilly gardens and tram stop just outside - you could hear a bit of street noise at night but that’s to be expected from an old property, maybe bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Beautiful interior design & clean - would definitely stay again!

We stayed here with a nearly 1 year old and it was great! We were able to borrow most things we needed although Laura kindly offered to help us if we couldn’t source anything baby related. Really well kitted out and all completely as described. Amazing location in a lovely quiet area yet close to the buzz of West Didsbury. Laura and Jonny were so accommodating. A lovely stay.

The apartment is located in central Manchester , with tram, bus , train station close by. Many restaurants of all kinds near by. The flat is on first floor and the lift was not working. A lady from the shop in ground floor helped us to carry the luggage up. Dominic was very responsive through messaging, though there was an initial confusion about the instructions for getting in. He was also kind enough to let us do an early checkin. The second double bed is on the mezzanine floor above kitchen and the stairs access to that is a little unstable. One has to be careful when climbing up and down. Kitchen has adequate amenities like oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, washing machine. and very limited consumables like tea/ coffee powder and some milk.

Victor was responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. Flat is decorated lovely and has everything you need. Felt secure and safe. Everywhere we wanted to go was walkable. Road nearby is busy so if you wanted to open windows it can be a little bit noisy but Victor does provide a fan. Balcony is a lovely space to sit out on with fairylights available to turn on. Some tea, coffee, oil and sweetners are available to use in the cupboard. Overall a lovely stay and worth the price. Thank you!

Tyra and Richard were fantastic hosts—always friendly and happy to chat. The house is located in a peaceful residential area with a supermarket and bus stop nearby. Buses to the city center and university run frequently. The facilities were fully equipped—having a dryer was especially useful given the local weather conditions. The train station is also within walking distance, making trips to Liverpool very convenient. One memorable highlight was when Tyra and Richard asked if I’d like to join them for a play at the Royal Exchange Theatre, which was a fantastic experience. If you’re looking to enjoy local experiences, they’re excellent at offering thoughtful advice. Highly recommended!

Claudia was a helpful, friendly host and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. This lovely apartment is perfectly situated overlooking the canal. It’s very peaceful. Sofa and bed were extremely comfortable and slept really well there. It was immaculately clean and had everything I needed. I will definitely be back if in the area. Thank you for a lovely place.

I had a fantastic two night stay here. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The location is spot on with everything within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

We have nothing but praise for Boomer and his flat. Communication in advance and during the stay was prompt and effective. He was an extremely welcoming host and made us feel at home right away. The flat was perfect for our needs and exactly as described. A minor glitch was dealt with with amazing kindness and generosity. Without doubt he is a 5* host. Organised a little peaceful hen-do getaway, and this house was just perfect! Rooms were beautiful, everything was amazingly clean, felt right at home and all the girls loved it! Beautiful outdoor garden to relax as well as a lovely cinema room to enjoy watching some films with the girls. Host was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond whenever we had any questions or needed anything. Made our stay extremely comfortable! Would definitely reccomend this lovely house! Thank you!!!

Zoe’s home was beautiful and filled with everything we could need for the night, even provided us with some recommendations of local takeaways and things to do nearby! Such a friendly, helpful host and we really appreciated everything being set up for us!

This was a perfect property for our overnight stay. We came for a music event at the co op live arena. The location was easy to find and within walking distance of the venue. We felt safe when walking home from the event at midnight. The property itself was lovely, lots of space for ourselves and our adult children. An outside area for sitting in the sun was a bonus. The facilities were excellent and communication with the hosts was friendly and prompt. This was a great place to stay and would highly recommend. I would definitely book again and it may encourage us to come for a longer stay 🙂

Heather (acting on behalf of Chris) was extremely helpful and responsive. We received clear instructions on how to work the heating and how to enter the property, as well as useful info on local amenities. The house has everything you’d need for a short or medium stay and the location is excellent for visiting central Manchester and the surrounding area. The garden is enclosed with a high fence, which made it perfect for our dog to play in. We also appreciated the dishwasher and washing machine and tumble dryer, which we were able to make use of. We couldn’t fault this property!

Brilliant place to stay particularly if you are going to the co-op live. It is a 10 minute walk to the tram station and when coming back from the co-op live you are on the quieter side. Lovely, clean, spacious place!

Linda is an amazing host. Gave us early check in and responded very quickly to all my messages. Myself and family were very comfortable. Next time I’m in Manchester I would hesitate to ask Linda if I can stay again

A great house that met all our needs when visiting nearby family. Equipped with everything you need including some nice touches like children's books and toys. Parking was on the street but plentiful and free. Short walk to shops, takeaways, pubs etc.

An absoulety amazing flat, in a brilliant location. Would highly recommend and will be booking again if we're in the area.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cosy summer house — it truly felt like home. The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to both work comfortably and cook our own meals with ease. The little garden quickly became our favourite spot for lunch and dinner — peaceful, charming, and perfect for enjoying the sunshine. Miriam and Julio were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The property was also immaculately clean, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay in Manchester. Really spacious flat with comfortable bed and common areas. I’d been staying in hotel for several days, so it was nice to have a washing machine, full kitchen, and even a tub in the bathroom and make myself at home for a few days. The location is really quiet and off the beaten path. It is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the heart of the Northern Quarter, and more time to other areas of downtown. Lots to see and do in Manchester, but mostly just really enjoyed having a wander around. Had a really good time visiting all the bakeries in neighboring Ancoats! I ended up making this booking on the same day I was checking in and Ryan was really communicative in both accepting and the booking and getting me checkin details quickly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I had a great stay at Linden’s apartment! The location is perfect—right next to Manchester United’s stadium and close to the city center, making it super convenient for both sightseeing and transport. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Communication with Linden was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Manchester.
