We had a lovely time here. Charming apartment in the heart of Genoa’s caruggi. Comfortable bed, clean, ample amenities, and spacious. Manuel was a kind host and timely with all our text exchanges. Heads up: It’s a five floor walk-up, so pack accordingly. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

My husband and I spent three wonderful nights in this beautiful apartment, and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the train and metro stations, and only about 15 minutes from the city center on foot. The apartment was very clean and offered a stunning 180-degree view of the city. The view was incredibly relaxing! Dario, the host, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain everything about the apartment and even followed up the next day to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

The place is wonderful! It has a view of the marina, quiet bedrooms, and spacious rooms! Paolo was extremely supportive during check-in. Even though we were an hour late past the final check-in time, he was available and helpful. We really liked everything!

The house is phenomenal, better than what's shown in the photos: it shows Giorgio's soul. The location is very good, in a very quiet village but with all the services, and very close to towns with more life, and exceptional to visit places such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Serravalle,... The access frightens the first time, but right away you get, as it is wide enough and illuminated. Giorgio and his family welcomed us personally even though they left immediately for a trip. The house has absolutely everything: oil, vinegar, spices, coffee (my husband fell in love with his coffee maker), gels, washing machine soap... and all kinds of kitchenware. The pool is small, just as seen in the photos, but ideal for us. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious, with air conditioning in each of them. We would definitely repeat!

A beautiful apartment in a super location just a couple of minutes walk to the old town. Iacopo and Loredana were on hand check us in and were super responsive and helpful in giving local recommendations. The flat was super - recently renovated with lots of great touches (charging cables, really strong aircon, coffee and biscuits) and the spa bath was obviously a highlight too! Would definitely come here again when back in Genoa

An unforgettable stay in Genoa! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos: tastefully decorated, clean, warm and very well-equipped. Every detail has been carefully crafted. The rooftop with jacuzzi is a real gem, offering a beautiful view and an incomparable moment of relaxation – a real plus that makes the experience unique. The location is ideal for exploring the city, and everything was exactly as described… even beyond our expectations. I highly recommend this BnB for an exceptional stay in Genoa.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment that is centrally located and in the perfect location for my business trip with the office just across the street. Also, Jacopo was incredibly responsive, friendly & welcoming. The fresh & still warm focaccia from the bakery around the corner was delicious and much appreciated 😊. Will definitely be back for my next business trip in town.

The apartment is superb, quiet, extremely well located in the heart of the neighborhoods to see. The nearby restaurant recommended by our host, always very responsive, like all her other recommendations, was perfect. We stayed at Monica's place for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The apartment was perfect for exploring Genoa with its incredibly central location - we could walk everywhere with ease. The combined living/sleeping area worked brilliantly for us since we were always out sightseeing. Monica is an exceptional host who waited for our arrival and gave us a thorough tour of both the building and apartment, showing us where to find everything. This personal touch made settling in so much easier! The location is unbeatable - there's a delightful bakery right across the street for fresh breakfast, and just steps away you'll discover a charming street packed with fantastic restaurants and cafes. Perfect for food lovers! The bathroom exceeded expectations with strong shower pressure and all essentials thoughtfully provided. While the apartment sits on a busy street due to the prime central location, Monica had even provided earplugs just in case (though we didn't need them

This apartment was perfect! It is placed in a great location, and all of the sites are within walking distance of the apartment. Alessandra was a great host and was very easy to contact, and very responsive. The apartment was in great condition and very cosy and clean. I would stay here again and recommend it highly to everyone!

I’m really glad that we chose to stay at Alessandro’s apartment. It was wonderful. Only a couple of years old. It’s so clean, roomy and comfortable. Very high ceilings. The air conditioning in the bedroom is great. There is a fan in the living area. More than adequate. It’s always a lovely temperature in the apartment. We decided to stay in Genoa as a base. One day we visited the historic areas of Genoa. The next we took a train to the Cinque Terre. The last day we did a half day boat trip to Positano. Such a fantastic trip! Thanks Alessandro for sharing your suggestions. Such a lovely host.

A really impeccable stay! The house is simply perfect: cared for in every detail and incredibly equipped — I had never found such a complete accommodation, with everything you need (and more!) to feel truly at home. The owner was very kind and always attentive to everything, available and caring from the first to the last moment. A rare hospitality that really makes a difference. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness and authentic hospitality. I would go back without thinking twice!

Great stay as a family (6 people from three different generations). Apartment even bigger and nicer than the description on the site and the photos. Extremely well located between the train station from where trains depart to visit all the villages of the Cinque Terre and downtown Levanto which is also worth a visit, both within a 10-minute walk. We would have liked to have enjoyed the 2 beautiful terraces but the weather didn't allow us!

The home was exactly what I was looking, a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy nature. Close to all the places you might need to get to in the area e.g. Camogli, Portofino, Santa Margherita etc. If you don’t have a 4x4 you can leave the car in a free on street parking spot (which is a luxury for the area) and walk a couple of minutes to the home like we did, no big deal it’s part of the experience. If you have a 4x4 you can drive directly to the home. Alice and Jeo were always happy to help. The home has clearly been recently renovated and furnished with good taste and most importantly it was clean. I would certainly recomend it to fellow travellers.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Recco! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed – the location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and still close to the sea and town. The garden is truly a little paradise – immaculately maintained with so much care and attention to detail. One of the highlights was definitely the pool: crystal clear, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. The entire property radiates peace and quality, and it’s clear that a lot of love has gone into its upkeep and design. We felt completely at home from the very beginning and would love to come back!

We had a lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Starting with the check-in, the stay went smoothly. The apartment invites you to relax and feel good away from many people. For two people, there is really more than enough space. We found the apartment to be very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we were unable to test the pool due to the temperatures. No wish was left unfulfilled for us. Supermarkets are super to reach by car within 10-15 minutes. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay away from the city. The sea is usually about 20 minutes' drive away, depending on the location - just perfect.

Beautiful villa on a hill, with stunning views of the coast. The house is lovely. The furniture is a little old , but functional. An individual bathroom for each bedroom. Possibility to accommodate 12 people (8 in the main house and 2x2 people in two small annexes with kitchen and bathrooms) Beautiful and large pool, well maintained (unfortunately the waterfalls visible in the photos no longer works). Private, old, but functional tennis court. A little paradise for a holiday with friends or family. The downsides: - Communication as to the reception of the key was not at all clear. Which was a little scary. In the end, someone contacted us on the day by text message, and everything went smoothly. - the significant cleaning fee of €820 required to be added to the rental price. - the situation removed from the house is pleasant, but requires the use of a car for travel.

Wonderful host, she was so helpful, kind, and understanding. We had a hard time finding a taxi and were over an hour late to meet the host at the house to exchange keys, and she was nothing but gracious and even tried several times to help call us a taxi. She gave us amazing recommendations and even helped us figure out the bus systems to get to the train station. The house was beautiful and comfortable, 100% worth the price.

We felt very comfortable with Tiziana from start to finish. The discreet friendly nature of Tiziana was extremely pleasant. The stylish and artistically furnished apartment has everything you need. The property is 10-15 minutes by bike from Beach away and 5 minutes by bike from the beautiful old town of Pietrasanta. Tiziana's tips for art and culture were very helpful for us on site and in the area. In short, we had a wonderful time here.
