Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with century-old oak trees. You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, snowshoes, pétanque, darts, foosball. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12 m x 6 m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!

We will be happy to host you in an idyllic setting on an 8000 m2 plot consisting of a resin house and outbuildings located on a large park planted with oaks, surrounded by forest on all horizons, in absolute calm, with only deer, rabbits and birds as neighbors: owl, cuckoo, turtledove,... and cicadas. No roads within 2 km.

In a quiet location and a few minutes' walk from the ocean, we offer a detached house with 3 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms. Completely refurbished, it has a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. The house is fully air-conditioned. Pool or hot tub rental is possible for an additional fee. Please note the pool is heated and is rented from April to October.

L'Estanquet.

At the "Domaine de Meysouet" in Sindères, the estanquet is a raw wood work located at the exit of a small village . It was entirely done by us. Sindères is 5 minutes from all amenities.The setting is rural, on a wooded plot not far from the forest. The cottage is located on part of the host's lot and has been designed to allow guests to enjoy it seamlessly.
