Our place is great for FHSU parents traveling for Athletics, Alumni, Families and Travelers. Also enjoy Big Creek & an 18 hole disc golf course only a block away! The Space Small and charming 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin style house completely remodeled in 2016. Guest access Entire house. Other Notes Cabin has floor furnace and is not ideal for crawling toddlers.

AQ house is a old small independent house and renovated in 2023. It located in Hays center, walking distance to FHSU, water park, strip mall, restaurants... And it is simple ，only one master bedroom in total, one living room and one kitchen. And the basement is storage room (the door to the basement is locked). So no need to share except with the person you are traveling with. Parking : one free driveway parking in the front yard (18' Lx9'W ).

We were in town for a family funeral and 5 people filled the house with no issues. Big house with lots of room. We loved the patio. Kitchen had pretty much everything you need to prepare meals- plenty of pans, dishes, and utilities. One large king bead with 4 twin beds. Only one TV in the house, but the wifi worked great. Nice small quiet town with friendly people and some nice local restaurants and bars. If we are ever back that way we would stay again at Taylor's Place.

Linda was absolutely amazing to work with. We came in to attend my nieces wedding, and we had to smoke all the food prior. Linda was able to let us check in early, so friendly and kind AND delicious cinnamon rolls left for us!! Thank you for everything, it was so peaceful and I look forward to staying again when we come back out to visit my niece and her family. Next trip will be for enjoyment and not so much work!! Thank you for everything!!
