This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was absolutely lovely. I am so happy with my stay. A couple of cautions- the walk to the private entrance may be difficult for mobility impaired individuals and the wifi was spotty. Honestly nothing worth lowering the review tho! The pool was perfect, the sauna was lovely, and we made ourselves right at home ☺️

We chose Scott’s place because of how child friendly it was. We had 5 kids with us and the house had plenty of toys for the kids to play with. There was lots of space and places for our family to sleep.

This home was perfect to get our family together under one roof. It had plenty of space for all of us, and the grandkids absolutely loved the pool ! It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood, with a park and other amenities nearby.

The 4 grandkids wanted to stay 3 months! The pool and room to accommodate our kids and their families was the reason we booked for a week! There is so much room, we didn’t feel on top of each other and there were so many things to do with games and if wanting to watch different tv shows on different levels. Close to wonderful parks for kiddos and close to stores. I’m so glad we were able to book this. Zachary was a super great host!!! He is very responsive! If we were to come out this way again as a large group, I would definitely book again!.

Everything was just great. Will definitely stay here again, next time I am in town. Would recommend Olivia’s place to everyone visiting the area.

This was our second visit to this listing because I really like this house and it is very close to family in the area. Very kid friendly without feeling like a bunkhouse. Comfortable place to hang out. I appreciate a no pets listing. We really feel at home when we visit. Host is very friendly and easy to communicate with.

A weekday trip to Kc was on agenda. Looking for a place last minute and it wasnt looking good, until i searched Airbnb. This place was great. Despite being the Only available option, it didnt fall short of being the right place.

We loved this cute basement home away from home. It had everything we needed and MORE! Constance provided snacks, treats, & a couple of breakfast options which were just a lifesaver for us and our full schedule. The power went out during our stay & Constance was diligent to keep us informed. It was only 1.5 miles from MNU, which was EXACTLY what we needed. Thank you for such lovely accomodations.

We had a great stay at this home in Kansas City! The house was clean, comfortable, and as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with easy access restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a fabulous house to stay in! It was well appointed, comfortable, nicely decorated, spacious & well maintained. Many thoughtful amenities make it truly a home-away-from-home. Great patio outdoor area with large, fenced-in yard for pets (although we didn’t bring any). Quiet & private neighborhood with nearby park & great for walking. Yet easy access to great restaurants, shopping, & local attractions. We will definitely return!

I had a great stay at this bungalow! It has all the amenities needed for a safe, cozy, and comfortable stay. It’s also a really nice looking little place. Easy to get to everything in Eudora, yet secluded enough for quietude. Very simple to keep clean and organized! I’m grateful for Melissa and this awesome little place! Easy parking access through the alley in the back! I could back my car easily to the porch to load and unload my stuff. This was so much nicer than my hotel stays in the past!

Great stay! Place is as described. Had a group of 5 in town for the weekend. We didn't cook during our stay but the kitchen was nice and had basics for eating in. Had washer, dryer, shampoo, conditioner, iron, hair dryer, make up remover, plenty of towels and extra blankets. All the beds were really comfy! There were some puzzles which we actually did complete during an early night in! We didn't explore the neighborhood or anything but on Saturdays they have a farmers market about a 10 min walk away! Would've went but it rained that morning for us. Parking was good, was able to fit 3 cars. Quiet neighborhood. We had the house alarm and garage alarm go off on us on accident! Lesley was able to help us out on that. Overall nice place. Would come back if I am back in Overland Park.

The place was spotless and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our extra requests for the toddlers, which made our stay so much easier. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and family-friendly stay. Highly recommend!

We booked a last minute stay here with our small children. We felt safe, comfortable, and it was close enough to everything we wanted to do in Kansas City. The hosts were easy to contact. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay with family for a weekend getaway!! Clean and host was super friendly!!

The stay was awesome! I booked this for my wife on Mother's Day. We have 4 children 6, 5, 4, & 3, so it gets hectic at home. Wife needed some time away and this was perfect. Home was clean, fresh, and well presented.Tanner went above and beyond with a small floral arrangement and muffins for the occasion which made the wife smile. We took a moment to enjoy the comfort for an hour or so before leaving Mama to enjoy her peace, which she happily said would love to book again. Despite it being hot out, she enjoyed the hot tub in the late evening and early morning. Though we don't leave messes, Tanner's instructions were to just enjoy the time and not to worry about anything for checkout, making things simple and uncomplicated. My wife appreciates this, and I'm sure I will book again.

We stayed at this house for a PBR baseball tournament. Location was great, very convenient and accessible. House is an older home that has been updated in an older neighborhood…very quiet. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. We would definitely stay here again.
