The raw construction look is intentional. First-class transport links with bus, tram 9 and S-Bahn, 15 minutes to the city, 35 minutes to the airport, 200 meters to the lake. Two bicycles can be used, so you are in the city or at the fair in 20 minutes.

The integrated floor-to-ceiling windows offer a breathtaking view of the Zwenkauer harbor while providing a pleasant daily light radiation. Thanks to the excellent transport connections, all sights and the city center can be reached quickly. For a cozy breakfast on the balcony, you will find fresh rolls from our traditional bakery and a master butcher around the corner.

Our child-free adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hainer, in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland, just 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. In apartment 5, the sun worshippers sit on the 18 sqm balcony lounge in the direction of the sea and can enjoy the panoramic view.
