40 m² - immediate location on Lake Markkleeberg. Less than a minute to the beach. 5 minutes to the tram to be in the center of Leipzig in 20 minutes. Located on the paved circular route around the lake (9 km) - ideal for joggers or inline skaters, as well as all those who like to exercise in the fresh air, the time out at Lake Markkleeberg is perfect. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. Based on the experience of recent years, we no longer rent to guests with children under 6 years!

We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations into the countryside possible. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

The site is located in a local recreation area with other vacation homes in the vicinity. In direct bypass is the F60 conveyor bridge as an impressive industrial monument. Between the houses and the beach, the beach promenade leads around the lake and invites you to take exuberant beach walks.

On the ground floor there is either a large double bed or two single beds. A staircase can be reached by the slightly lower sleeping floor with another two single beds. It's getting cold - time for sauna and refreshments. You look out of your cozy heated car at a dreamy landscape in hibernation, come to rest and think about how to proceed. Then you go hiking, or sit on the terrace and make a campfire. After a guided tour of the grounds of our community at Schloss Gersdorf, we will let you sink into your beanbag and continue to ponder the meaning of life! Irritable is the new organic!
