The 80 square meter apartment is located in the lively Leipzig southern suburb with numerous bars, restaurants, cultural offerings as well as local recreation areas such as the alluvial forest, which, for example, invites you to a canoe trip to Lake Cospuden. The bus stop in front of the door provides the best connection to Plagwitz, Connewitz, Reudnitz and the city center. The apartment is on the fifth floor with great views of the city and plenty of daylight. The nearest supermarket is a 2-minute walk away.

Lovely two rooms apartment with a lot of light, sun set view and greenery out the window. Neatly decorated with vibrant and colorful vintage furniture making it a cozy and a stylish place to stay. Situated in a calm street right at the corner of Karl-Heine-Straße where bars, restaurants and cafes are plenty to choose from. Walking distance from art galleries, cinemas and theatres (see my guid book). Near to everything, public transport are available at a 3 minutes walk.

*new from 2025* Markkleeberg now charges a lodging tax, the amount of which is 5% of the total price. For this reason, we had to adjust the prices. Now back to the apartment description... The apartment covers about 35 m² and offers everything for everyday needs: - a fully furnished small kitchenette, - bathroom with shower and toilet (all-round renovation 2024), - free wifi, - Satellite TV (a total of 2 TVs - one in each room), - 2 bikes and so much more.

Modern black & white apartment near the city center

Whether as a simple "roof overhead" or as a relaxed spot to rest on my couch with the entertainment system. I am sure the apartment will tell you in every way, as it is also very centrally located and everything you need is within 10 minutes, or to be experienced. Occasionally, a cat lives with me. Of course, I try to clean everything as thoroughly as possible before your stay, but it would be better if you don't have a cat hair allergy.
