Located at the tip of Cap Ferret between the bay sea and the ocean!! At the end of the garden, direct access to the coastal path with the choice of access to ocean beaches with fine sand dunes and waves or beach on the bay side 5 minutes' walk away. Shops, market, restaurants and oyster tastings are 10 minutes by bike.

A garage with a beach shower and washing machine. Barbecue.
