Great place to stay in the amazing town of Breckenridge. My stay here was comfortable and everything was so close. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the second time the my teenage daughter, dad, and I stayed at Kris and Karen’s place for a multi-day ski trip. It works perfectly for our needs.

Sweet little condo right on the river. No one was in the surrounding condos so it was very quiet. Mikel and Steph were very responsive. Great visit!

It was a beautiful place right on the water. Being able to have the windows open and listen to the river was very peaceful. The inside was also very clean. The bed and pillow were super comfy and we loved the soft blankets.

Book it. Just do it. My wife and I booked Michael’s property for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! The view is more incredible than pictures can convey. Dillon has great amenities within minutes, not to mention the edge of the lake is a short walk away. Breckenridge and Vail are under half an hour’s drive, and whether you’re out sightseeing or just reading and watching tv with the most killer view you’ve ever seen, the vacation is going to be a good one.

The view is what makes this place special! We had a very nice time, sitting on the balcony, watching the boats and taking walks along the shore of Lake Dillon. Great location, close to Silverthorne, Frisco, Keystone.

this place is absolutely lovely! Very cozy, the kitchen has everything we needed to cook all of our meals, and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Our family loved our stay! Beautiful home with beautiful views. The house was bigger than what we expected. Shana and Jason were extremely friendly! We only ran into them briefly during our stay, and completely forgot we were there. Everything is labeled on how to care for the home and it was extremely helpful. The place was clean, relaxing and beautiful.

John’s home was incredible for our stay in Leadville. The mountains were amazing to see the moment we stepped out of the house.

Leslie’s place was a great stay. It was a quaint and older home, but it was perfect to use as home base for a week of skiing at a reasonable cost. Right down the street from a beautiful walking trail with great views of the mountains, too!

Loved this house and highly recommend! Stayed for a ski trip with our family of five (3 teenage sons). Great location in newly developed Railyard just a couple of blocks from Highway 24. Minutes from downtown and within eyesight of Safeway. Less than 15-minute drive to Ski Cooper. The layout of the house is great for a family. Entry level has a living room with TV and seating for all 5 of us, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and bedroom with bunk bed. Upper level had a bathroom and bedroom with desk workstation. Lower level had a bathroom, bedroom and second living room with couches, TV and desk with workstation. The kitchen was one of the best I’ve ever had in a rental. I’m a cook and the gas stove was great. Pots and pans were great and there was plenty of dishes/cutlery. We had a minor issue when we checked in and the owner Tim responded immediately and not only fixed the problem but treated us to dinner, way above and beyond. The house was great, and Tim was great. We had a wonderful stay in Leadville! This place was perfect for our family... cozy, comfortable, and so close to the main street fill with restaurants and shops.

We had a wonderful stay. Two adults, two 19-month-olds, and two labs. We had plenty of space. The yard is HUGE and the dogs loved it. It’s in walking distance to a grade school park we used almost daily and we also walked to town almost every day as well. We rode the Mineral Belt Trail several times with the kids and it was easy to access from the home. It has a garage which had plenty of room to store our three bikes, two hiking packs, and huge double stroller. The internet was fast, kitchen amenities allowed us to cook whatever we needed but we also walked to some of the great Leadville restaurants too. We paid around $260 per night for the 16 nights we were there. Very fair for Leadville summer for a larger home in walking distance to town with a huge yard that allows dogs. We had the best week staying at Doug and Yvonne’s cabin. It was beautiful, had great amenities, was well stocked, and very peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

Very professionally managed by Jill. Extremely convenient for walking to downtown Breckenridge. Outstanding communication throughout the process and overall a very easy and enjoyable stay. Everything was thought of, including arrival snacks and all the amenities you’ll need.

One of the best places we stayed on our trip! The location truly can’t be beat. right in downtown Breckenridge with everything just a short walk away. We were able to park at the property and explore the town on foot, which made our stay super convenient and stress-free. The amenities were a huge bonus! Between the indoor/outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, saunas, and a game room, we had plenty to enjoy without even leaving the property. It made for a fun and relaxing stay. We did experience a small hiccup at check-in, but the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful in resolving everything quickly, which we really appreciated. That kind of service makes all the difference, and it's exactly why I’d 100% stay here again. Only suggestion: it would’ve been great if shampoo and conditioner were provided 🙃 But other than that, absolutely loved it!

Enjoyed our stay at Trails End so much. Nice clean and cozy place that we could walk to Main Street Breck easily for shopping or dining. Alec was great with communication even after we booked letting us know the hot tubs wouldn’t be working in the off season and also went above and beyond gifting us a credit to go use the local indoor pool that our kids enjoyed. Would come back again!

Clean and cozy place. Worked well for myself and my family for a long weekend ski/snowboard getaway. Central location to many of the best mountains - 15 mins from Breckenridge without traffic. 10 mins from Copper Mountain without traffic. The town of Frisco is a cool little town with everything one would need for a trip.

Such a great place. Right on the river, beautiful view, walkable - awesome. There were two of us, but the place was plenty large for four of my family. There is no air conditioning, but the nights are cool, keep the curtains shut in the morning, and use a fan to blow in cool air - perfect. We kept the windows and screen door open all the time and the temperature was great. Full size kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Easy walk to trails, restaurants, shopping, and bars. Plus there is parking! Will be back.

This is a very nice place to stay. I would highly recommend. It was so comfortable, very clear instructions for any and everything you would nice. Very nice location. I will be back.
