We are a block off downtown and just a short walk to all the great restaurants. The mountain views of White River National Forest off the deck in the back are AMAZING! 15 minutes to Ski Cooper and 25 minutes to Copper. Within walking distance to downtown, this is the perfect home for your mountain experience. The front section of this house was rolled down on logs by my grandfather from the East side of Leadville's historic mining district. From there it was built it into a two bedroom house which is now fully renovated for you to enjoy your mountain stay.
