we had a great week in this lovely, very well renovated apartment, with air conditioning, not to mention the magnificent sea view. the port is less than 10 minutes' walk away. I'll be happy to come back.

Philip was waiting for us downstairs. Free parking further away under solar panel. Philip and his wife are very welcoming and charming. They stayed in touch with us via text. Clean home and perfect bedding. We were able to rest, the port is 2 steps away. No noise from the port. Very quiet place. Satisfied with our stay. Thank you for having such a nice place to stay.

Magali and Luc's accommodation was exactly what we were looking for for our stay of a few days. Clean, well-equipped, ideally located to do a maximum of things on foot without having to touch the car that remains safe in the private and closed parking lot of the residence. The loggia is lovely, especially at breakfast because it is well exposed. Communication with Magali was very easy. She gave us clear and detailed instructions for our self check-in. Everything went smoothly! We would recommend this listing. And we'll be delighted to go back. Thanks to both of you for helping us have a pleasant relaxing stay by the sea. We were three couples from Iceland staying here after an amazing 7-day boat trip on the Canal du Midi. The accommodation exceeded our expectations – bright, spotless, and very well equipped. The location is perfect: peaceful, yet just a short walk to the town center. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond and made us feel very welcome. We immediately felt at home. We highly recommend this Airbnb – it was the perfect ending to a fantastic journey!

We stayed in Agde for 3 nights and had a great stay at the place! The views and surroundings are beautiful. There are many apartments on the promenade, but you can still find a quiet place on the beach. The bus is only 3 minutes away on foot. The apartment is very lovingly furnished - we felt immediately comfortable. Caroline and Benoit sent us a very clear and professional guide in advance, which included everything from check-in to recommendations for activities. So we were able to prepare for the stay. We'll be back.

Great accommodation, really very close to the sea and the old port where there are a few restaurants and a auction (fishermen) . The place is well equipped to enjoy summer (even with family) The host welcomes us personally and with a small welcome tray (much appreciated) and a guide on the rules, operation of the amenities and good addresses (especially for the fair)❤️

Superb accommodation, feet in the water, clean, the parking space and air conditioning are a plus, everything is tastefully decorated and the layout very clever, each living space has been extremely well thought out. The terrace overlooking the sea is superb! We also enjoyed the ironed sheets. We will be back!

We have already spent our second vacation in this beautiful, modern and well-equipped apartment. The magnificent view over the Étang de Thau is unique and we really enjoyed our stay. The residential complex is very well maintained and quiet. This time we even had the opportunity to meet Manuel, who quickly helped us with a small problem. The stay at Laurent's exceeded our expectations. From the accommodation to the hosting, everything went extremely well. The accommodation is very pleasant and quiet! We booked this place for a romantic getaway and everything was there, from the beautiful decoration of the place to the comfort of the bed. Frédéric was very attentive and made this stay even more enjoyable. The jacuzzi was what we booked for at the start and the accommodation left us with plenty of other surprises. 25 minutes from the sea, we couldn't find better for this little weekend.
