Very nice place, the building is still affected by the hurricane, but the location is excellent. Just please, it's urgent to change the mattress, it's in terrible condition and doesn't allow you to rest well.

He was very kind at all times and it is exactly the same as the photos, we would stay with Edwin again, the room is very clean, the view is spectacular.

Excellent in every aspect and as a courtesy she gave us toiletries that were great, she welcomed us with a pleasant surprise of delicious wine and we did not have to leave a deposit at the reception since she covered it and that was excellent, we were very happy and the host was in communication with us when we needed it, our travel expectations were exceeded and we would love to return, thank you for that hospitality to us without knowing us 🙏🏻

In general, the place is very comfortable and conveniently located, it met all the description mentioned, and above all the host was always attentive to us, he even gave us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Klaus is an excellent host! He🫶🏻 solves anything you ask and helps you with anything you need! It was my first time in an Airbnb so I had several questions, which he answered. There was a remote missing for one of the TVs and we didn't even notice. He took the initiative and bought a new one. The next day it arrived, despite not needing it. I was surprised by the service, kindness and in general the whole place It has all the basics, hot water 24/7 The view is spectacular and everything is close by! There was even a Starbucks on the corner The beach club, the pool, the restaurant and everything. I loved it, super comfortable, friendly staff and everything quiet. It's definitely worth it They are under repair, but that does not affect or disturb the experience! Thank you very much for everything, I will definitely return 🫶🏻💖

Excellent experience, the house and the place look better in person than in photos, it is a very quiet place with a lot of privacy, Jorge was always attentive, he gave us recommendations and the staff who work there are also always attentive and friendly. It's a great place to travel with pets.

The subdivision is nice and quiet, however the house is a bit neglected, both in furniture and utensils. The blinds are full of mold, there were cobwebs in the bathrooms, the fence was dirty, one of the showers has no water pressure, in addition to having an ant infestation, especially in the kitchen. There were 6 of us and the beds are 3 double beds, so no problems, however it is not recommended if more people go, since despite having inflatable mattresses and the sofa bed, with the ant infestation it would not be very comfortable. In addition, there was a water leak in the kitchen sink, which we were told had already been reported to them and they did not fix it. They should update the photos of the facilities.

The accommodation is in very good condition. Juan Carlos was always attentive, since Check in until check out. The cleaning staff is very friendly and discreet, we were in a family plan and we were very happy and comfortable. The house is very well equipped with appliances and towels in the bathrooms and pool. We will definitely consider this stay again in the future.

Very good experience! Marina was always very helpful and friendly. The apartment has a beautiful ocean view and a very convenient location. It has access to a public beach, there is a Walmart across the street and there are many places to eat nearby. Marina recommended places, including Mario Canario, which although it is 30 minutes away, is totally worth it! PS. Friends, come to Acapulco, Acapulco needs us to get up to 100%!
