Lovely little house close to the city center

Unique little house with immediate proximity to Sandefjord city center. Here you are only minutes away from all city amenities. The house is newly renovated and has all the amenities that make your stay easy. The house does not have its own bedroom, but a very good sofa bed in the living room that quickly turns into a bed in the evening. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped so you can choose to eat at home or take the short trip down to the city. Parking on the property means that you avoid any stress with street parking.

A scenic view of Kjerringvik features a sandy beach bordered by rocky hills. Colorful houses are visible along the waterfront, with small groups of people enjoying the beach. A boardwalk connects the shore to a pathway, leading into the surrounding greenery.

House for rent in great Kjerringvik. 5 min walk down to the beach. Lots of nice hiking opportunities in the area. A little vacation paradise. The house has a kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, laundry room with toilet and 3 bedrooms. There is also a bedroom above the garage with a double bed, as well as a toilet with sink.» This room can be rented additionally for NOK 125 per person (up to 2 persons) The house has a large deck with seating for 5 people and dining area for 6. On the front of the house there is a large balcony.

Annex/small house with walking distance to the sea (750 meters) and Sandefjord city center (900 meters). The house contains a small bedroom with window and double bed 160cm. Living room with kitchenette and new bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used by two children. The lower floor is out of use when renting. Parking on the property is possible. The lawn in front of the annex can be used by the tenant. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

An outdoor seating area is arranged with wooden furniture, including a sofa set and a coffee table. The green lawn is spacious, shaded by trees, with a patio leading to a light green house. A large umbrella provides additional shade nearby.
