The Sun Mountain Cottage was so cozy, convenient and cute! This is a great location if you’re wanting a mountain view and visiting Garden of The Gods and Pikes Peak. With the chilly nights we got to relax in the hot tub after a day of adventuring, which was the perfect way to vacay! Beth was very responsive and her place was perfect for us:)

Loved our last minute stay at Sherri’s! Walked to dinner and breakfast. Hot tub in the evenings, was the perfect reset we needed! Thank you!!!

Yvonne and David were excellent hosts! The cottage had everything we needed and was within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks and will definitely be back again!

This property was perfect for a stay in Green Mountain Falls. It’s situated right in the small downtown across from the lake with easy access to the main road. Everything was great with my experience there and I would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed staying at The Cottage. It was quaint and had everything you would need for a stay. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and WiFi was reliable (I was with someone who had to be online everyday). We didn't use the hot tub or grill, but they looked nice. The remote location was a surprise given that it's a 5 minute drive from Manitou. There were other guests in the main cabin but they were friendly when we saw them out walking. We did see a bear trying to get into the dumpster but he was just looking for a snack and didn't pay us any attention. I will recommend this spot to others and would stay again. My only wish for The Cottage was a small fenced in area for the dog on a portion of the patio. Would have been nice for her to enjoy some of that fresh mountain air without having to be on leash the whole time.

I walked 10 minutes to get to my professional conference at the Broadmoor Hotel. It’s less expensive than the hotel rooms with more freedom and privacy, and with your own hot tub. I walked 15 minutes the other direction to a mountain canyon park, nature station, and a nice trail that follows a stream up the canyon. If you’re not a hiker, take any number of day trips by car to natural beauty and wonders. It’s in a pleasant wooded neighborhood with close neighbors on either side, but it feels very private. It has that rustic arts and crafts mountain cabin feel and is very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable bed. Deer were hanging out in the yard one day.

We loved staying at this peaceful oasis tucked in a beautiful neighborhood. Jen and Gio are very welcoming hosts who made us feel right at home. We loved chatting with them, and appreciated their recommendations and friendly nature. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again soon!

The cottage was perfect for my husband and dog! We felt right at home and the home offered the perfect location to all our hiking adventures! Super peaceful location making it perfect to sit outside and enjoy the views! ☺️

Perfect place to stay! Very close to everything we wanted to do in downtown Denver, beautiful backyard for coffee every morning, huge washer and dryer, and very clean. Lots of space for family and dogs. Host was proactive and friendly. Very preferable to staying in a suburban or city setting. Excited to stay here again for future Denver trips!

Huge kitchen, lots of space. Well worth the money!

Stayed for over 2 months and really enjoyed our stay! It’s in a small town with about a 20 minute drive to the grocery and only a couple of restaurants closer than that. There is a really nice park about a 4 minute drive away that was our daily dog walk routine with a great river walk. If you’re looking for easy access to hikes/nature and a bit of a slower lifestyle, this is the spot!

Such a lovely place. It was cozy, clean, private and I loved all the updated appliances. The ceilings were high enough for a person over 6 foot too!

This place had everything that I look for when traveling! It is unique and full of character but at the same time extremely clean and easy to feel at home. Also, it is in a really cool neighborhood. Highly recommend!

We’ve stayed here numerous times and intend to do so again in the future. The home meets/exceeds our needs; especially since we bring our dog. We LOVE the location (so close to Garden of the Gods and there is a grocery store nearby)! We have had no issues walking the neighborhood with our dog; even after dark. We enjoy seeing all the deer. The morning of our checkout, we were locked out (glitch with the lock) and Sophie responded as soon as possible to save the day! Thank you!

The place was everything I needed as a solo traveler! There were some weather issues ahead of my visit, but Melanie gave me a heads up so I could be prepared. Had a great time there!

Great looking place in a very nice private neighborhood located in a perfect spot for downtown or Western Mountain activities. had everything you need including one of the most amazing steam showers and hands down one of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on. Well appointed With washer and dryer at a small dishwasher and two small fridges and a microwave. these are in no way detrimental but would offer a couple of heads up getting in to the Gated parking space is a little tight if you're driving an SUV so just be extra careful and secondly being a wide open setup using the steam shower can create a lot of humidity in the room and thus leave your clothes and things a bit damp. that is in no way negative this is an amazing place with an amazing shower and bath and bathtub and everything you're going to need while you're staying in Denver. the one downside I would say is he mentioned that there was a dog that we might hear or meet never got to see the dog 😁

Maggie’s place was perfect for what we needed! The place was small, as described, but had everything you could need in a stay away from home. Checking in/out was flawless. Highly recommend staying here if you want to enjoy all that Colorado Springs has to offer. The location was perfect being close to so many attractions and restaurants.

This was a great little cottage that has much more room than youd expect. The location was convenient and the fact that the cottage is tucked away behind the main house makes it feel more secure. If you are driving a large truck, dualy, or full size van, you may have to park on the street. We had a Chrysler Pacifica minivan and the driveway is a little tight backing out. Nothing going slow and steady couldnt help. The interior is clean and comes with two bathrooms, and full size kitchen appliances. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a lovely holiday stay in Lazlo's cozy cottage. Lazlo was very communicative and accommodating. The bed and bedroom were comfortable, we had space in the living room to wrap presents, and it was great to have access to a washer and dryer. The Old North End is a lovely neighborhood - we were just a 10-15 min walk from our family's home, it was so convenient for us.

Terra and Tony’s place was really great and they were excellent hosts. The home is thoughtfully designed, perfectly stocked with essentials, and very well-located in the City Park neighborhood. Terra went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay by purchasing a steamer for our wedding outfits. 10/10 would stay again!

Everything was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed. We were a Mom, Dad, Uncle and a 3 1/2 year old. Plenty of room. Hope we can book it again. Family in the area… Maybe I should keep all this good stuff to myself!😂Thanks for a great place to stay!

From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The attention to detail made it feel both cozy and upscale, from the comfortable bed to the thoughtful touches around the space. The Jessi and Karl were incredibly responsive and kind, offering great recommendations and making check in seamless. The location was perfect close to everything I needed, yet quiet enough to relax. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
