Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Laos

Had a lovely time here. We thought the house was so beautiful and worth a visit. Looked exactly like the pictures and the hosts were very nice. The only negative was there was some construction nearby so it was a little bit loud in the mornings, but this isn’t their fault. We would recommend this place to everyone and hope to be back!

Very nice and lovely place to be home in Luang Brabang! Located in front of Wat Xiangtong, very conveniet to go everywhere. The house is clean and organized!And Damian is very friendly and helpful!And also thanks to Ken! It is a great memory and will miss it!

The location is not in the center of Louhampraban, but it is on a street where residential areas and luxury accommodations are mixed, so it is quiet and nice. They also provided appropriate Google Maps tips to find the location of the accommodation, and the host was a native American, so there was no problem in communicating. There were two rooms with double beds, and each room was air-conditioned, so it was pleasant to stay. The disadvantage was that it was under construction from the first day of the stay to the second day, but on the third day, the construction was finished, and I checked that the accommodation next to it was preparing to open, so I went to see it. If you are thinking about staying at the accommodation, I don't think there will be any construction noise problems for a while. However, because it was a traditional house, it wasn't a house built with concrete, so I could hear the living noise from the next door, but I didn't really care :D. There was a lot of helpful information in the living room, such as a local map created by the host and a file with tour information for guests. I think he's an experienced and skilled host, and I recommend it to everyone! I think the price of the accommodation is on the cheap side, but in fact, there are quite a few cheaper accommodations in Rouen.

The location was nice and it was a very spacious house, so it was comfortable enough for four people to stay.

What a wonderful place to stay and also wonderful people who run this air bnb Hom and Mr Yen did a fantastic job of getting our house ready and also even did a big load of washing for us. The house is in a great spot for walking into the night market and also along the Mekong for dinner if you prefer. Easy to find by telling the Tuk Tuk drivers ti head to Big Tree Cafe or Cafe Saffron which are 1 min walk from the house. Thankyou for a wonderful stay for my family.

Nice accommodation with a small terrace and garden, approximately 15min out of the center so easily walkable. Worth the stay!

We had a lovely stay here. Beautiful private little house surrounded by mountains. The house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The host is friendly, very responsive and flexible. Perfect for our little family holiday! Would 100% recommend!

Excellent first time visit to Vientiane, Laos. Ideal location with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Apartment was clean and cosy. The complex has a nice pool area and gym on the 4th floor. Friendly and responsive host. Would recommend for solo travellers/ couples.

Although not the located in the most charming part of town it is conveniently located if you want to explore Vientiane. The flat is nice and has all the amenities as described. The host is responsive and helpful.

Chanthi is an incredible host and a lovely person! She welcomes you with a basket of fresh fruits and the warmest smile. The house is spacious and well-equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. It's a bit further from the city centre, and one of the bikes was a little tall for us, so we mostly walked or rented a motorbike. The neighbourhood dogs (all pets) can be unpredictable and bark at night, but once introduced, they become friendly. If you're afraid of dogs, talk to Chanthi—she'll happily find a solution. Overall, it was a memorable and highly recommended stay!

Damian is a very good host, he surprised us that the apartment was perfectly prepared for our arrival. There is also a book in the apartment in which Damian recommends various places to visit, it helps a lot in sightseeing. Overall, I think the stay was very good and Damian made it very pleasant, he also offered a free transfer from the airport. It was great. Thank you Damian

I returned to Lacsana's place. Its been a pleasant stay. The instructions from check-in to check-out were very clear, the space was clean and well maintained.

Modern apartments, windows overlook the sunset. there is a swimming pool and a hall. shopping center nearby. great location. The staff is very friendly and helps with any questions

I highly recommend this place! Lot of restaurants and beautiful temples just in front of the property. Cheap but great massages around. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly from the air conditioned, shower, kitchen, washing machine, etc. It was really easy to find the location with the address that Apollo gave me and even he booked a taxi for us when we checked-out, that was super helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Totally worth it! Thanks for everything.

We loved this place. Nice house, dogs running around. We rented a bike from the owner, without needed to sort anything in the city :) Cooking was super easy. There's fully equipped kitchen. And opposite of the house is a fresh market. Internet was fast enough to work remotely. I can totally recommend this apartment.

Nice and friendly Thip, very glad stay here for almost one month. Nice place center in city and very near sanjiang market, good service for house keeping every one week and 12 bottles of water, feels good about this big house

Andrea and his wife Li are great hosts. Very friendly, warm and helpful. The property is all that the pictures and description says...and more. The house has been very tastefully and artistically done and still is very cosy. It is located in a residential area away from the tourist drags so is very peaceful. Andrea has his Secret Pizza in the same compound. It's open only on Tuesdays and Fridays in the evening. Do try and eat here. They make truly excellent pizzas. Definitely a place we would return to.

Large, hi-rise one bedroom with a balcony and a good view of the city. The living room is quiet with a big table and comfortable chairs. Very comfortable bed and a bathtub. It’s walking distance from various embassies and reasonably close to the more touristy areas. There’s a megamart and restaurants walking distance as well. The host is polite and replies extremely fast.

We stayed at the apartment for one week. Our host was very nice to pick us up at the train station. We appreciated it a lot. The apartment was very spacious and had a good-sized living room and bedroom. The shower was very strong and the water hot. We had plenty of towels too, unlike other places we stayed at. After half a week our host offered to clean the apartment. He also provided us with toilet paper and more water when we ran out. He did his best to make us comfortable. The kitchen was minimally equipped with the basics. About 5 minutes on foot is a new Amazon coffee that also serves light meals. The apartment location is about 30 minutes on foot from the city center. The immediate aera surrounding the apartment was OK but not great. However, we felt very safe.

All in all, a good place to stay There were many better things than the inconvenience.
