The cottage, which covers nearly 100 m2, is the result of a quality renovation that was completed in January 2017. The Gîte consists of 3 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. The cottage is equipped with all modern comforts (oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet). The wood and stone give this place a luxurious and warm atmosphere. Classified as a historical monument, Pignan is a medieval village near Montpellier. You will stay in an old sheepfold dating from the 18th century with magnificent pointed arches. The walls were built with lime and Pignan stone. This is a large room of about 20 m2 designed for 2 people ideally. This atypical property is located on the ground floor of our house in a quiet pedestrian street in the city center and close to small shops.
