The Freda house is a luxurious property situated on the first fairway of the Langebaan Country estate with a 3 min walk to the range cafe and 5 min walk to the clubhouse. Beautiful patio areas on both sides of the house with views of the first fairway and also the driving range. It is literally on the ocean with spectacular views of the bay and harbour boasting 3km of sandy beach, stretching in either direction. The bedrooms are north facing, catching mid day sun. The cottage falls with in a small private home owners estate, is secure and quaint and is perfect for those wanting to spend their days lazing on the beach.

The cottage have a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove, a microwave, kettle and a coffee maker. You may make use of the swimming pool with a bench in it where your dreams will get wings. You have a beautiful backyard which you must share with the owners. The neighbourhood is quiet and the beach is walking distance.

Seaside House

Curlew Cottage is located on the beach front with a view over the Langebaan Lagoon. The house is ideally placed to make use of the beach and the lagoon. Windsurfing and kite boarding are possible from in front of the house. Easy surfing is available a few hundred metres down the beach. The property has battery backup along with solar panels to ensure continuous electricity supply even when the grid is down.
